The ground floor with oak flooring throughout is well designed and with thoughtful touches. There is a neat kitchen, an elegant cloakroom and open-plan living and dining room. French doors open onto a courtyard with comfortable outdoor furniture. Upstairs, the botanical theme continues in 2 charming double bedrooms with plush velvet beds, floral prints and cosy throws.

The compact contemporary white kitchen has an induction hob and 2 ovens, a warming drawer, large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and a combined washing machine and dryer. There is a neat breakfast bar with 2 stools tucked under a counter with a digital radio and Krupps coffee maker. Shelves with tea, coffee and glassware are neatly arranged above.

A large cloakroom, smartly tiled in stone and charcoal, has a small hand-basin and a WC with plenty of shelves for toiletries.

The living and dining room is crisp and breezy in white, navy and teal, with marble topped side tables and a reading lamp. There is a sofa for 2 and 2 armchairs. Fitted alcove cupboards with shelves above hold a large TV, a Bluetooth speaker, books and games. The blonde wood dining table seats 4 and an under-stairs cupboard contains utility items. Outside in the paved courtyard with surrounding fence and terraced houses, there is a large oval table with 4 chairs, 2 further easy chairs and a large basket of fitted cushions.

Upstairs there is a large principal room to the front of the property in teal and green which has 2 double glazed sash windows overlooking imposing Bath terraces. There is a handsome 5’ bed with artisan side tables. A large fitted wardrobe has lots of hanging space, deep shelves, and a hairdryer.

The second bedroom in coral and green is to the rear of the house and also has 2 double-glazed sash windows overlooking a row of courtyards and backs of terraces. A pair of 3’ single beds can zip and link to become a 6’ double. There is an elegant wardrobe with shelf space, a large chest of drawers with a hairdryer, a Bose Bluetooth speaker.

A lovely contemporary bathroom in white marble and blue tiled floor has a bath with shower over, a vanity unit with hand-basin, WC, heated towel rail and plenty of storage.

It is a 5 minute stroll to the city's high street and a 2 minute walk from Royal Victoria Park which has indoor and outdoor tennis courts, children's play area, hot air balloons, bbq areas and mini golf. The Approach 18 hole golf course is 5 minutes walk away and has wonderful views of Bath and the surrounding hills. Bath is filled with museums, shops, theatres, spas, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Many of which are within a 5 minute level walk. Sainsbury's super market is a few minutes walk away.

The Bath Spa and coach stations are about a 15-20 minute walk away.

What a lovely place to stay in Bath! The Nile Mews home was perfect for our three night stay. Exactly as described, the house was tidy and well furnished. We were welcomed with a few necessities already stocked which was such a thoughtful gesture. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the sitting area is cozy. We enjoyed one night in and appreciated the Netflix account provided. The home is perfectly located. A short walk finds you in the center of town, yet the house is not in the busy pedestrian section of town. We would stay here again.

We stayed here Christmas week through new year. Have stayed in Bath many times and Nile Mews House is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Very handy for city centre, Royal Crescent , Circus etc. We were 2 couples and a 1 year old child so much better having the whole property rather than the city centre flats we’ve used before. The house is modern and well equipped, newly decorated and very clean inside. Weather was rubbish so didn’t use courtyard garden but it looked nice and would be lovely in the summer. We took up the parking permit offer of £40 for the week. Car park is huge and just a 2 minute walk. There are a few free spaces across the road from the house but you have to be quick. Road noise and outside noise in general was minimal. Huge Sainsburys store 5 minutes walk away, Small welcome basket provided was a nice touch. Kitchen was small but very well equipped , washer/dryer and dishwasher were both useful . Beds were a good size and comfortable.Linen provided was good quality. We booked through Bath Holiday Rentals as seemed cheaper than other sites for same property. Booking process was straightforward, breakage deposit returned in full after 10 days. We were very satisfied with Nile Mews and would recommend it for similar sized parties. Likely we will use again.

Just beautiful. The flat is exquisitely decorated, elegant with tasteful soft furnishings and luxury appliances and an added bonus of a lovely outside courtyard. Location is perfect with a short walking distance to the town, many bars and restaurants and riverside walk to the station. Alexa is a fantastic host, thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack and accommodating to any requests . Beautiful flat, very well located for town and access to routes out of Bath for adventures. Really good house pack from Bath Rentals, great comms and they were also a great help booking parking for the week. Added touch was the welcome pack and all you need to clean & cook. Unless of course you’re dining out We can thoroughly recommend Landrace Bakery, Green Bird Cafe, The Scallop Shell, Chez Dominique and Corkage - all super eats with very welcoming teams. The flat is beautifully decorated, elegant with tasteful soft furnishings. This is a thoughtful, well appointed property that was a pleasure to stay in for our weeks’ sojourn. What a wonderful stay we have had. The photos don’t do the house justice. It is so nicely furnished and so much attention to detail. We really appreciated the quality crockery, utensils, beds etc. It is a petite house but every inch has been cleverly put to use. The bedrooms are a good size and there is plenty of storage.
