Crescent view was an incredible property in an incredible location. The property was very reasonably priced, beautifully laid out with comfortable seating, generous beds and high quality bedding. Fully equipped on arrival with towels, linen, hand soap etc and a personalised welcome note with a welcome pack. Very efficient booking system through Bath rentals with a digital welcome guide which was very useful!
Highly recommend Bath rentals and this property and will definitely be staying again.

We loved watching the activity on the lawn in front of the Royal Crescent. Highly entertaining! The king size mattress was nice and firm, and the sheets smooth and crisp. The people upstairs stomped around a bit on occasion, but other than that, it was great for sleeping. The kitchen had all that we needed - first place I have rented that had ice cube trays! The sofas in the living room were comfortable and large - we enjoyed the high ceilings too. Being able to walk to restaurants was a real benefit of the location. The one improvement I would suggest is a “smart TV” - it would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix. All in all though, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is beautiful, big and airy with lovely views across the Royal Crescent and park (and pretty allotments at the back). It’s a 10 min walk to city centre, perfect for exploring the city. We parked the car in Charlotte St car park (£15 day) and didn’t drive once during our stay. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The soundproofing to the flat upstairs is not great, like many period conversions, and the group of eight upstairs were noisy on our last night. Alexa and Philip were great to deal with and comms were excellent. Bath is lovely for a city break. We recommend The Raven pub for its pies and the Green Bird cafe for brunch and coffee.

Thanks for a lovely stay. The view out the front is brilliant to look out over at the royal crescent. The apartment is so central you can just enjoy walking everywhere and easily pop back and forth throughout the day. It was also a nice touch to have some games and dvds in the flat for quieter evenings in, as well as the facilities like ironing board and all the equipment needed for some cooking.

Alexa’s place is more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The location is picture perfect. Pls read the book that is prepared by her for things to do when in bath( it helped us greatly in planning our days). You have 24 hours on call support in case you need help(which is unheard of in Bnb) we had a tremendous time at her place and thank her for all the support.

Groceries were ordered in advance and were waiting for us upon our arrival (which was late at night). On Street parking permit worked without a problem with plently of spaces available . “This is a fabulous property in every way!!! The location is absolutely amazing, we parked our car and didn't have to drive for the 5 days we stayed in Bath. The hop on hop off bus is in walking distance and fabulous dining is available at the Marlborough Tavern just up the street. The Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, Royal Crescent and most attraction are in walking distance. Hot air balloon rides are available from Victoria Park just up the street from the apartment, it is a sight to behold. As a side note, the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so it might not be appropriate for everyone... we absolutely loved it!!”

My mum and I were lucky enough to stay in Alexa's apartment for 5 nights at the end of November. We know Bath very well but we have always stayed in hotels over the years and never an apartment. Alexa's apartment is absolutely beautiful and was the main reason this was one of our most special and memorable visits to Bath. To stay in such a grand apartment overlooking the Royal Crescent was such a joy! The apartment is very spacious with big bright rooms and high ceilings. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had all the beds were super cosy. The huge sitting room in particular was our favourite with the big sofas and old fireplace. As a lovely touch we arrived to a bottle of mulled wine, some chocolate and Panettone in the kitchen! Sara was extremely welcoming and even met us several hours before the standard check in time to allow us into the apartment early. She also helped to carry my massive bag up the stairs! Alexa also allowed us a late check out which meant we had a few additional hours to enjoy a leisurely morning and a nice lunch before we had to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and very much hope to be back again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed a visit to Bath for 4 days. This flat is perfectly placed to walk across the Cresent, into the City, or the other way through the Botanical gardens. Grocery shopping is an easy walk. Parking is ok, on the street, if within a half mile walk sometimes. The flat itself is elegant and airey. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the sitting room superb. The kitchen/dining area is functional. Overall, it is a delightful flat in a city central, and an excellent place to visit Bath from. We will hope to return

Beautiful, refined apartment
Plenty of room for four here and the decor was tasteful yet comfortable. The windows are so huge and open so wide, I almost got vertigo going past them! You might not want to bring small children here in seasons when the windows need to stay open. Easy walk into town but you're not in the middle of things. However, facing Victoria Park and the Royal Crescent, while completely beautiful and worth it, is noisy. It is a tourist attraction and people come and hang out and chat and picnic until late at night. This might have been more noticeable to us because it was summer and we wanted to open the windows. Speaking of which, the working shutters were a treat and perfect for keeping out the sun when needed. The rear view is nice too; very relaxing to watch people working on their allotments :) and twice we saw hot air balloons taking off in the park behind! Highly recommend this flat.

Wonderful 2 night stay between Christmas and NY. The apartment is in a fabulous location a short walk from all the attractions of Bath. And it comes with, joy of joys, a parking permit! We loved the views over the prestigious Royal Crescent at the front, and the pretty park at the back. Everything was very good quality and spotlessly clean. It's a very generous size two bed room apartment. With high quality fixtures and fittings. Communication was great. We were a bit late due to traffic, but Sara was there as promised and did a friendly and very efficient check in. All in all, a lovely stay.

Parkview was completely amazing we had a ball!
I think we had the best view in Bath and spent lots of time in when we we not exploring the beautiful city in the apartment with a glass of bubbly just admiring the views of the crescent and surrounding area.
There was everything we needed at the apartment it was very clean and warm and the welcome pack was perfect in fact the wine was open as soon as we booked in!

Thank you for our lovely stay in Bath. The apartment was situated by the very prestigious address of the Royal Crescent and the views of it from the lounge Windows were stunning. The garden itself was classically and comfortably decorated, with great facilities. We felt extremely lucky to spend our New Year in such a property.
Bath itself is a magnificent city. The Roman Spa is both interesting and amazing. Shopping is excellent, with both independent and big name stores in abundance. Good quality restaurants and gastro pubs are in a short walk from the apartment as is the centre, reached through the leafy park opposite the apartment.
We were met by a representative who was efficient and helpful. Will be back

We had a fabulous time and the apartment was just perfect for us, close enough to walk absolutely anywhere and it really did have a lovely calm and relaxing feel! I loved just watching people in the park with their dogs!
The fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and beds very very comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in Alexia's gorgeous flat. It was nice and cosy and very clean. You walk into a wide hallway downstairs with grand high ceilings and when you get upstairs you enter an extremely warm and inviting space, nicely furnished and carpeted throughout. The beds were hotel standard and really comfortable. The location was excellent being right opposite the royal crescent which is one of the main attractions in Bath, and a stones throw from the city centre. We were however disappointed that there was no dishwasher. That seems to be a basic necessary amenity and the absence of that made a real impact on our stay as we spent a fair amount of time washing up dirty dishes by hand, something we've never had to do while on holiday, particularly such a short one. We felt that at this price point it's something that should have been available in a flat of such quality. The only other drawback was the inconvenience of the long flight of stairs to the flat, so not the easiest walk particularly if you have small kids. In spite of those 2 things however, it's a great flat and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
