We were three friends who worked together in the seventies and have kept in touch and try to meet up every couple of years. We live in different parts of the country so try to find somewhere we can all get to reasonably easily. My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the property which was very conveniently located enabling us to walk into town. The house was very nicely decorated living/dining and kitchen areas felt comfortable and homely. Everything was clean and tidy. We were very appreciative of the goodies left for us. If we had to say anything it's that the ensuite in the twin room is extremely compact but we managed. 😂 It maybe an idea to let visitors know this as if they were taller or heavier than us they may struggle. 😊

One of our favourite air b n b’s so far. Was able to check in early. Electric charger and parking for our car. Amenities went above and beyond (e.g. Dyson fans came in so handy in this current heat, kitchen stocked above and beyond what’s needed). Decor is lovely and loved the velux windows. Great location, out of the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to the centre. Lovely parks nearby for walking the dogs. Overall really enjoyed our stay and already hoping to book again.

Lots of facilities in the property, including cafetière, Netflix etc only down side was that the bathroom/shower room in the one bedrooms is very small and with luggage there wasn’t much room to walk around the bed etc

We liked that it was on a quiet road with very little traffic overlooking the church. The bed in Bedroom 2 was large and very comfortable. The bed in Bedroom 1 would benefit from a mattress topper. Luckily it was just two of us staying, so we could sleep in the back bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a small issue which the rental company addressed within a few hours, excellent service. 10 minute walk into town. Plenty of parks and riverside to walk the dog. Would recommend.

We were collecting our son from University for the Christmas holidays and decided to combine it with some Christmas shopping and just a family weekend together really. The property was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The parking space is a plus too. We walked into Bath easily and enjoyed a couple of meals out, as well as some shopping and sightseeing. All round a great family weekend and we will very likely be back. Had a nice stay at this flat, it was about a 10 min walk into town across the bridge. We had some issues at check in as they gave us the wrong code so we had to wait outside for about 20 min until we could get in touch with them but other than that had a good experience. Flat is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a separate washer and dryer, and was a good size for the four of us. Kitchen was also well appointed. Thank you!

We stayed here with another couple just for just 2 nights and it was perfect. Tucked away in a quiet street with the added bonus of a parking space. A contemporary modern vibe with both bedrooms en-suite and a really well equipped kitchen. Nearby is the Holborn Museum and a short level walk takes you past the beautiful buildings into Bath for restaurants, theatres, Roman Baths and the Thermae Spa. I Would thoroughly recommend for short or long stays.

I would highly recommend this property. Scenic 10 min walk to the centre of bath and all of the attractions. A lovely park is located a few min walk. Huge play park for children, great for dog walks also. Local Tesco express a couple of min walk for any supplies. I have just come back from a 3 day break to bath and stayed in this wonderful property. My 3 daughters and I were celebrating a 30th birthday and the house is ideal for walking into the fantastic city of bath . We walked to the Roman baths in 10 minutes the location is excellent . The house is very clean modern and has all the facilities that you could ask for . Communication with the owners etc was so straight forward and had notification all the way through I would definitely recommend this house.

Warm and contemporary, this property is perfectly located between a short walk into the city centre or an easy walk down the Kennet and Avon Canal - which was our most favourite thing to do.
