We were 7 people (grandparents, spouse and I, 2 kids and my brother) and the house was perfectly sized for us. The 3 full bathrooms is a great feature. The parking space included was an extra bonus and it was within walking distance of everything you could want to see in Bath. We stayed over Easter weekend and lost hot water on Saturday night. A 9 am call to the property manager on Easter morning was answered promptly and they sent someone to fix it within 30 minutes. The service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Bath.

A lovely beautifully decorated property in a great central location. Easy walking distance to everywhere and the parking space was a big plus. We did have an issue with heating the first night - it was freezing outside and snowed that night. We couldn’t increase the heating inside to compensate so sitting around in the evening was a bit chilly. We called the help number in the morning and a plumber arrived within an hour and a half and sorted it out. Very good service response. We would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay in bath was perfect, the accommodation was exactly as described and very spacious. We particularly liked the open plan living/kitchen space. Kitchen had everything you needed and the welcome chocolates and biscuits were well received! Location is great for town, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Once again, fourth year, we had fantastic first class service from staff and a smooth and easy welcome on our arrival. As the property was already empty and clean we were allowed to check in earlier and leave our cars. Beautiful news house in fantastic location, we are in discussion for dates next December so we can book again early to avoid disappointment!!

Roomy house for eight people with its own designated parking place (invaluable in a city where parking is difficult to find). Modern eye catching decor with all of the necessary conveniences -- three bathrooms and laundry facilities. This is an excellent house for exploring the beautiful city of Bath since the center of town is just a few minutes walk.

We were a party of 8 for a birthday celebration with ages ranging from 19 to 83!.The location was idea -easy to walk into Bath and close to pubs and restaurants.The house was immaculate and spacious.On the day of the birthday we easily sat 12 in the lounge/dining room. Myself and a group of 4 friends go to Bath each November, it is all part of the build up to Christmas. We have used Bath Holiday Rentals for the last 6 years and each of the properties we have stayed in exceeds expectation. There is always a lovely welcome pack of goodies upon our arrival. We have just returned from a long weekend in The Mews, it is a 3 storey property beautifully furnished and just a 5 minute walk into the centre. This is the second year we have returned to this property and we have already booked for next year. It feels like going home each time we return to Bath.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a great property. Very well maintained and supplied, it was very comfortable for our group. We especially loved the easy walk to all of the attractions and great restaurants. We didn’t use the car except for the occasional voyage into the countryside.

What a brilliant 2 week stay at The Mews over Christmas and New Year.
The Mews was perfect for a holiday stay for a family of 3 generations. The grandchildren aged 5 and 7 were very happy in the downstairs twin bedroom complete with their own TV, and bathroom with bath. Their parents joined them on the ground floor in the large ensuite bedroom.
The first floor combined a large room for living, dining and kitchen. This room coped admirably as we hosted Christmas lunch for 10, and a Boxing Day extended family gathering .
The grandparents generation stayed comfortably and quietly using the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor.
The Mews comes with its own parking outside the front door, and is close to the centre of Bath. An easy walk over Pulteney Bridge took us into town, where we enjoyed the Christmas pantomime at the Theatre Royal, and ice skating in Victoria Park. Waitrose is just a short walk across Pulteney Bridge for excellent food shopping.
The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and cosy and warm. Our family had a truly magical Christmas, very different to the summer Christmases we have at home in Sydney. The experience was very special for our grandchildren.

Lovely, only short distance walk to Bath centre
Description very accurate. Accommodation is over 3 floors with lounge and kitchen on middle floor. Property has attractive, modern furnishings. We did find the beds a little too firm, but bedding and towels good quality . House was clean and very well equipped. Generous welcome pack with breakfast cereal, coffee, biscuits, milk, wine and chocolate...Thank you! Less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Bath. On street parking in this area of Bath is restricted to residents, but this house comes with private parking space for 1 car and a permit enabling on-street parking for a second car. Would recommend this house for a friend re-union, as we found it good price compared with hotels in Bath.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the a grocery store, restaurants and the sights in Bath. Quiet area just off a main road with parking for two. One parking place is directly in front of the home. A parking permit was provided for another space nearby. A nice clean and comfortable home. The rental company was excellent in providing information about the property and assisting us upon arrival. Had a wonderful stay.

I had a weekend in the Mews, Bath in May with 7 friends to celebrate my 50th birthday.
We had the best time & found the house to be perfect in every way! The rooms were comfortable, the lounge & kitchen area modern & well equipped & it's only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. We had a problem with a lack of hot water during the late afternoon of the Saturday. The response we received on reporting it was prompt & professional!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First time at this property but third with the company. Excellent location: just off the main area so nice and quiet but a short walk to centre. Everything was well presented and in good quality. Only real issue was the front ground bed which was big but the mattress was hard and not very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Bath and The Mews was a fabulous house.
Location was great, just a short walk into the main area of Bath and the house was
a great layout for our party and very well equipped. It is a very modern property with
modern technology, but all very easy to use. It was very well maintained and spotlessly clean.
The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was great, especially as it was a cold weekend.
My only negative comment was that there was no salt and pepper in the grinders and another
frying pan would be useful.
We would definitely use you again, great service.

My friends and I (7 of us in total) stayed in The Mews as part of return visit to Bath where we had previously studied at University. We were really impressed with the property; it was beautifully furnished and well-equipped with everything we could need. All the bedrooms are a good size and the living / dining area was large enough to accommodate all of us. The location is great as well, really central and walking distance to everywhere. Overall, a really nicely decorated and comfortable place to stay. Alexa was also very accommodating and we were able to have a late check out as we weren't leaving Bath until the afternoon, which was great as it meant we didn't have to rush to check out. The welcome pack on arrival was also a really nice touch. Very good value for the standard of accommodation (better value than a hotel / B&B!) and I would recommend both Bath Holiday Rentals and The Mews highly.

The property was perfect for our family. There is abundant space in the house; two of the bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms or kings which was fantastic as we were traveling with 3 kids. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most meals at home very comfortably. The bathrooms are great, there is a good washing machine and tumble dryer and the TV and sound system were very well setup. The house is gorgeously maintained and is it a perfect location; our 3 and 4 year olds could easily walk into town. The street is very quiet and there is plenty of open space for kids to run around the rugby pitch opposite. You can park outside the door and it is easy to drive out of the city from the house's location.
Bath Holiday Rentals were wonderful; we were met promptly and given a tour of the property. The welcome package of goodies was great and the agency were kind enough to mail some left items to our home in California. I highly recommend the property and the agency and we look forward to returning.

I recently booked this accommodation for my family - this included my parents in their 60's my sister, her husband and their x2 children of whom are 2yrs and 6 months and myself and my partner.
The accommodation is fantastic and very stylish you can see where the money has been spent. Spread over 3 floors so it never felt that we were on top of each other - plus lots of bathrooms so never having to wait.
The lounge had enough chairs to sit us all comfortably in the evening and plenty of room round the table for the evening meal.
It was easy to book and the letting agency was there to great us when we arrived and was helpful in finding spaces for our x3 cars.
The accommodation is near a steepish hill of about 20 yards so people with any disability may struggle but it wasn't a problem for us even with the push chairs.
Only one compliant which is so minor its not worth mentioning - not enough pans for the amount of people it can sleep - we only had x3 pans to cook with - but this just gave us the excuse to eat out!
The guide folder within the accommodation was very helpful and the restaurants suggested were all lovely.
Cant wait to return to a lovely part of England and a lovely house.

We had a brilliant weekend staying in The Mews, just meters from the The Rec. The house was beautifully finished and accommodated the 6 of us with plenty room to spare. The beds were comfortable and the service excellent, I’d recommend it to anyone. It was great to be the first guests in and have everything brand new for us.
