This was a lovely property, as advertised. We visited for a long weekend with our son and his girlfriend, and it was a perfect flat for the four of us. The high ceilings and views front and back are magnificent - you feel like you're in an episode of Bridgerton or Downton Abbey, or an Austen novel! The full containers of coffee and tea were a nice addition.

Absolutely stunning apartment. You really feel like you are living the "Bath" way by being in this beautifully and tastefully decorated apartment. It is light and airy, and has enormously high ceilings, with views looking out over Royal Crescent and the grass area leading up to Royal Crescent. The accomodation is even better than the photos. Also, lovely location - easy walk to the main part of town, and a fantastic playground for kids just a few minutes away in the opposite direction to town in the royal parklands. Helpful hosts who provide lots of great information about the area. And, we really appreciated the muesli, milk and chocolate they had for us too. A really pleasant touch! I highly recommend this stay.

Each evening we enjoyed people watching as the park in front of the Royal Crescent was filled with people and pets enjoying the sun. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. This flat in Marlborough Building gave us a glimpse as to what life may have been like during the Georgian period. Would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

The location is the best of all. The first day was really too hot for us and one of the portable fan is not working so we feel very stuffy staying in the house. But everything was fine after the first day. The weather has cool down and the house was very comfortable. A few good restaurants around the corner. I personally recommend The Circus and The Marborough Tavern. A very short walk to the city. Victoria Park is just around the corner too. There is a huge playground at the park which my daughter loves very much. There are some stairs to climb as the house is on the first floor. Bed and linen is very comfortable. Shower water pressure is just nice ( not the strong type ). I would rate a 5 star to this property..

Our plans changed from when we first booked as we were due to run the Bath Half but it was postponed. Taking the opportunity for a relaxing weekend with the girls, we decided to go anyway and were so glad we did! This property is very well located for exploring beautiful Bath and it boasts a fantastic view of the Royal Crescent. It's light, airy, comfortable, quiet and clean. The kitchen was well equipped (not that we cooked!) and the welcome goodies were a lovely treat after our journey. Both bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfy. The bed on the mezzanine level is up a fairly steep and narrow flight of steps so worth considering if you're prone to night time loo visits but perfectly ok! The living room was a brilliant communal space and we very much enjoyed relaxing both during the day (it's great for people-watching!) and in the evening. We had a brilliant weekend and having such a gem of an apartment to come home to was the icing on the cake. The communication from the property owners was friendly, professional and full of information. Nothing was too much trouble and Peter was so easy to reach and communicate with - thank you.

“We are fortunate in that we have been able to spend the Christmas season in the UK for the past 30 years, always taking back home great memories of our experiences. This year was indeed the best ever mostly due to our stay in Bath at the Royal Crescent Prospect property! Location, location, location! To look out of the apartment windows each morning to see beautiful sunrises over the Crescent, the huge lawn and Victoria Park…priceless!! The apartment, housed in an historical building, was modern in its conveniences, but because of its architectural richness of high ceilings, large windows, expansive rooms, rich and luxurious furnishings one was constantly reminded of Bath’s past. High quality beds and linens, plenty of hot water, loads of storage and closet space, washer AND dryer, clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. Superb! Fantastic space that looks directly out onto the Royal Crescent; I spent every morning with a cuppa and bagel perched on the window seat looking out across the lawn. Beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with utensils (even though we did bring some of ours just in case) and the walk into the city centre takes no time at all.

Superb location - just a short walk into the city centre but with the added bonus of fab view across the green and up to the crescent. Everything you need in the apartment - two huge bedrooms and two bathrooms, lovely sitting room with great views, table and chairs with plenty of room to seat four for meals. We were 2 couples ready to explore Bath and part of the Cotswold Pathway. We had a great time. This beautiful flat was a great place for us to have a light dinner and relax after covering a lot of ground in London for 3 days. We enjoyed a beautiful rainbow out the front windows and people watching in the Royal Crescent lawn. The flat was very clean, beds were comfortable and everything needed was available. The only thing we joked that it lacked was enough ice cube trays!

Having decided we would like to spend Christmas in Bath we looked on the internet for suitable properties and were immediately very impressed with your website and the amount of information available. When booking we received full details of the apartment including a floor plan and felt we were dealing with an efficient and quality company. Travelling instructions were comprehensive as well as suggestions for local culture. We had 5 nights at Royal Crescent Prospect and the 4 of us agreed we had enjoyed the best Christmas for a long time. The apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for self catering and cooking a Christmas dinner.
We would not hesitate to use Bath Holiday Rentals again.

We, a party of four adults, stayed at the Royal Crescent Prospect in Bath for three nights at the end of November 2017, whilst visiting the Christmas Markets.
The apartment was a charming example of a Bath Town House.It was also very clean,warm, tastefully decorated for the festive season, spacious and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was sufficiently well equiped to prepare a hot meal, if you wanted to eat in and the welcome pack was a lovely touch.
On arrival we were greeted by Sara, who was extremely helpful and took time to show us around the apartment, answer any questions we had and provide us with a file of useful information relating to all things Bath.
The location was ideal for us, providing lovely walks through Victoria Park and around the Royal Crescent, on our way to and from the city centre. There were also several good restaurants within ten minutes walk of the apartment.
We had just one minor problem with a washbasin tap but when reported it was dealt with immediately.
We had a lovely relaxing break in Bath, much of which I attribute to the comfortable accommodation and the prompt and friendly communications /easily accessible support from the BHR staff from start to finish.
We would certainly use BHR again and hopefully revisit the Royal Crescent Prospect

If you're going to stay in Bath then this is your place. The apartment is not only gorgeous but so is the location. You're 5 min walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping and historic attractions or outside the front door is a peaceful morning or afternoon walk thru the Royal Crescent gardens. The apartment itself is simply lovely. Tastefully designed and appointed, it makes you want to make the bed because it looks so lovely with everything beautifully done. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was a little hard to find the laundry room downstairs but honestly, this is the kind of place you want to return to again and again.

We stayed at Royal Crescent Prospect for a week in July. This was the second time we chose this property as it is such a lovely spacious apartment, with great views from every window. Not too far from anywhere in the city with some great dining options within strolling distance. The parking permit meant that we could leave the car nearby, but there's so much to do in Bath that we didn't use it again until we headed for home. Will we stay there again? You bet we will!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your property. It was beautiful and a great location for us. Well equipped and furnished so beautifully. I enjoyed everything about it. Love the fact it has a separate washer and dryer. Much like home. The front bedroom, though, was a bit noisy due to traffic at night, but after a few days it wasn't too noticeable. I would stay here again. It was clean and well tended to.

We had a lovely long weekend at Royal Crescent Prospect. It has a wonderful location at the end of the Royal Crescent, and even on a drizzly day it was a pleasure to sit on the window seat and look out of the sash windows and admire the view. The apartment is spacious and airy, and beautifully furnished. It is a scenic walk along the Royal Crescent, Brock Street and The Circus to the centre of town and we found it to be surprisingly quiet at night. Easy to park on the street with the parking pass provided and less than five minutes walk to The Marlborough Tavern for drinks and a meal. Would love to stay again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Royal Crescent Prospect thanks to Bath Holiday Rentals. This was not the property that we had originally booked, however due to a problem with the booked property, Bath Holiday Rentals offered us this property as an alternative, at no extra charge. Well, to say the least, we were very lucky. Prospect is beautiful and in a perfect location. What more could you ask for in Bath, than to be overlooking the Royal Crescent. The property sleeps at least five comfortably, and is very spacious, bright and clean. It basically has all the luxuries of home, albeit the kitchen is small, but perfectly able to handle meals for a family if you wish to eat in. The laundry facilities are in the basement and are free. I would highly recommend this property and would like to thank Bath Holiday Rentals for the opportunity of staying there.

Royal Crescent Prospect is in a great location, an extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished apartment.
