At the top of the stairs are half-glazed French doors with railings that overlook the mature tree collection in Henrietta Park. On either side of the staircase are spacious double bedrooms with high sloping ceilings and large windows to the front of the property. Both bedrooms are well furnished with zip and link beds that can be arranged as two 3’ single beds or a large 6’ double bed. Each bedroom has its own crisply tiled pale grey contemporary en-suite. One has a corner shower, a hand-basin with storage under and a WC. The other en-suite bathroom has a bath with rain-fall shower over and a handset, along with a hand-basin with storage under and a WC.

Testimonials

The only negative I would say is that the contact number I was given upon arrival for any questions I had, I never heard back from when I asked a simple question. I wouldn’t really let that stop you from booking this accommodation, amazing location and the house was really modern and clean. Would return!

Lovely place to stay - really close to the centre of Bath but very peaceful and Henrietta Park is such a wonderful place for a morning walk! Lots of useful information provided and everything was spotlessly clean. It was lovely to find milk and chocolates in the fridge - a lovely touch 😊
Park Lane Pam - 2023-08-23
Henrietta park was a really nice place just on the edge of bath. A lovely park next door and easy walk to restaurants. There isn’t any door code so we had to ring to get the key and I had to research to find where it was but overall it was lovely.

Everything about this property was excellent. It is beautifully designed; very clean; in a great location; quiet (though a little louder during the day on weekdays) ; and close to everything. Obtaining access and communications were excellent too. We will Be back!

Extremely well located for all the Bath essentials, canals, and even some walking if that’s your thing. Offstreet carpark is a plus. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking and plenty of cleaning materials

Park Lane is a lovely property that was perfect for our recent stay in Bath. We loved the location in a quiet street overlooking Henrietta Park and that it was an easy 2 minute walk to the centre of Bath.
As an added bonus, the property came with that rarest of hen's teeth - secure, undercover parking. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen made it a pleasure to stay here. We hope to do so again when we next visit Bath. - Jen

This is an outstanding Airbnb accommodation, you exactly get what you can see in the advert and what described by the host. Lovely, modern house, we felt like being home. The location is perfect for the town centre and the bonus is that you can park your car in the garage. Alexa was very helpful with any inquiries I have and there were clear instructions provided. Absolutely delightful stay!

Lovely place to stay right in the middle of Bath. The rooms are lovely and have incredible blackout blinds!
Park Lane Anna - 2022-07-28
Lovely property in excellent location for Bath city centre. It was perfect for us.( 2 singles ). Might be a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults as the living area is quite small , but the bedrooms are generous and each have an en suite. Private use of a garage -which is a great plus for somewhere so close to Bath. V. clean, easy check in and communication and nice welcome gifts of fizzy and chocolates in the fridge. Also tea, coffee, sugar , milk and granola provided. Pretty well appointed kitchen ( including dishwasher tabs/cleaning products ), Comfy beds and good sized en suites. No outdoor space but a pretty park just behind the property. Just around the corner from Pulteney bridge and 10 mins walk to Bath city centre . Would definitely recommend.

"We stayed in Park Lane for 2 nights during the October half term. It was myself, my husband and our two children (aged 4 and 6 years). We were very impressed before we'd even arrived, as the app that you are asked to download beforehand was full of useful information and very intuitive to use, with clearly communicated information. Communication with the property manager was great - very clear, and we didn't encounter any issues before, during or after our stay. The property itself is in a brilliant location, literally 5 minutes walk to the centre of Bath and the beautiful bridge. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby but the location of the property is in a quiet mews. It overlooks a lovely looking green park but we sadly didn't get a chance to visit the park as it was quite rainy whilst we were there! We parked our car in the garage and didn't use it again until it was our time to leave. I am a bit of a clean freak but this place was spotless. All the furnishings felt very new, and we were all very impressed overall. There's everything you need if you want to cook meals in, or you can eat out very easily. We did both :-) It's a short stroll to Waitrose, so you can pop there to pick up essentials. We visited the Roman Baths whilst we were there, which was brilliant, and again, a short 10 min walk away. The ONLY slight warning I would give for this property is if you have very young children as there are stairs (carpeted). The master bedroom is on one side of the stairs and the second bedroom is on the other side. I was slightly worried that my youngest could fall down the stairs in the night if they came out of their room and into ours but we kept the landing light on during the night so they could see and we had no issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and if we visit Bath again then I'd definitely opt to stay here again :-)"

Really beautiful mews, bang smack in the centre of everything but peaceful and quiet at night. Highly recommended

Booked as a last minute replacement for our cancelled overseas holiday. This was a good all-rounder that might not have been our first choice in normal times, but worked well for us, despite a few niggles. Experience with Bath Holiday Rentals very positive, would recommend them if you are planning a stay in the City. Location The big positive is the central location. This is in the middle of Bath, easy walking throughout the City. Bonus of Henrietta Park on the doorstep. Be aware when booking that this is behind the grand terraces and does not enjoy a scenic outlook. There is a garage opposite. Generally not noisy except one morning when power tools started up just after 7am. There are a row of garages opposite. We had one night when we were woken up at 2am by someone loading/unloading a vehicle on the forecourt. Not great if you want a relaxing break. It is a city location so there is some hustle and bustle throughout the day that is to be expected. Property The property worked fine for us as a family of four for a week. Very clean, all facilities and equipment that you would expect or want. Well presented and of a high standard. One or two sharp knives had gone rusty perhaps due to being put through a dishwasher. It’s clear it’s new and it could do with the wardrobe and bedroom doors being taken off and planed so that they move more easily. The property does stay extremely warm even with all the heating off. We found it too hot for comfortable sleep on one or two nights. Would rebook if looking for a central location. Bath Holiday Rentals very good. Smooth checking in and out, no hassles, very friendly team. One request to keep the welcome pack up to date. The arrangements for rubbish and recycling collection have changed. We were lucky enough to see the lady who looks after the properties who told us about the change. A bit confusing otherwise.

Great location didn't need to use our car and was close walking distance to the top ten sites in Bath. Kitchen well equipped and we were able to cook a Turkey dinner! It was a great spot to stay and would recommend it. Thankyou
