Much closer to city centre than expected.
Only a five minute walk on the flat (after climbing the access lane).
Well appointed with all facilities. Well stocked welcome pack for late arrivals was much appreciated.
Comfortable sitting room with TV, DVD player and a working gas fire (not needed as heating system quite adequate)
All in all a very pleasant stay and will use again if we revisit.

This accomodation is perfectly placed to explore the city of Bath by foot without needing to use your car. We found the location perfect, with only a very short walk to local shops and restaurants. The facilities were very well appointed and spotlessly clean, and there is parking just big enough for one family-sized car. The company communicated everything very quickly and clearly, and the phone app was a very useful touch to help us get settled in.

Yes we had a lovely time in Bath, even with the heat! We were not expecting that. But we manage to fine cooler spots around town and of course our flat that we escaped to late afternoon, so nice and cool there, we would relax until dinner and more walking about. Thanks again for the lovely stay! We will recommend to friends for sure!

The apartment is located at the center of the city, a big bonus due to the peace and quiet and splendid connections with shops and town. We found it roomy and very comfortable. The ideal place to unwind, read, cook and discover Bath: in short, enjoy ones holiday.
It is the ideal location to discover Bath and Somerset.

Orchard Courtyard was even better than I had hoped. I look at descriptions and pictures and always think that they are showing things in the most flattering light, so it was a delight to find the flat matched up to the marketing. It was well equipped and a lovely home-from-home from which to get out and about in Bath. The booking process was really easy and the person who met me was welcoming and informative. We really enjoyed our break in Bath. The Orchard
Courtyard apartment was up to its usual high standard with everything we needed
especially the welcome pack. It was really conveniently situated and we were
able to walk into town in a few minutes. The allocated parking spot outside the

We had a wonderful Christmas in Bath and the Orchard Courtyard Apartment was perfect for the two of us. Great central location and yet very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and clean and even the small kitchen was well equipped for cooking our Christmas Dinner.
The white towels were plush and I adored the complimentary soap, shampoo and body wash. The welcome pack included milk and some festive treats so we could unpack and have a cup of tea before heading out to explore Bath. The information book was also very helpful and included lots of places to eat and drink. Booking was easy and the service was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bath Holiday Rentals and we will certainly be using them again very soon!

We spent three relaxing and lovely days in the Orchard Courtyard apartment at the end of November 2013. We found the apartment tucked away off Walcot Street which was an excellent place to be, so central for everything going on but away from the hustle and bustle and easy to pop back to drop off shopping etc. The apartment itself was very comfortable and all our needs had been catered for. We will definitely use it again, so much more fun than staying in a hotel as we could buy food from an array of local shops to savour at leisure.

We stayed at Orchard Courtyard Apartment for a week recently. In a very busy part of Bath it was a haven! Easy to find, very central, clean and tidy with all that we needed--and a car park space! Ideal base for exploring the city, close enough to return to for a break or to dump the shopping, with a very welcome shower during our stay when temperatures soared. We just wanted to say what a lovely stay we had at the Orchard Courtyard Apt
The apartment is super cute and perfect for a couple staying. This was my first visit to Bath and the ease of being able to park our car and be so close to walk into the centre was super handy and made the sight-seeing even easier.
The rooms were really cosy and the fire was just perfect for a wind down from work. Andy had booked the apt as a surprise and it was perfect.
Saying in an apt like this will make us do the same thing in future and not stay in a hotel.
Thanks again for getting us in at such short notice as I heard from Andy that you got a couple of other bookings at the last minute also and you allowed him to secure the booking with a deposit at a very late stage.

Alexa was friendly and helpful from the outset, as we arrived later than expected the welcome pack was much appreciated. The location couldn't be better. Right in the heart of Bath but with none of the noise that normally goes with it.
The bedroom is in a one storey annex so no one above to disturb your slumbers either!
Everything is within walking distance so no transport costs, and with a reserved parking spot right outside the front door unloading etc isn't hampered by wet weather.
The kitchen is well stocked with basics, plus a big Waitrose just up the road ensures you can take full advantage of the self catering facilities.
You won't get better value than this for a city break.

The apartment was clean comfortable & well furnished although close to the main road it was in very quiet and peaceful spot which met all the needs we
required for our stay.
It is in the very centre of Bath so the times we used the car was for day
trips out otherwise it was parked outside apartment no hassle of parking spaces permits traffic wardens etc...
If we stay in Bath again would come back, nice thought of the welcome pack.

I just have to say thank you, for making our stay at Old Orchard apartment such a lovely experience. I can do nothing but sing the praises of Alexa in all of our email exchanges- prompt, professional and helpful to a fault.
The apartment was immaculately clean and well-appointed. It’s a sweet, compact, light-filled space, with nothing extraneous but everything you need for a comfortable stay. The welcoming package was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable (the location was so quiet it felt like being in the countryside), and the little courtyard off the bedroom a sweet outside space to have a coffee or a glass of wine. Though we didn’t need it, having a dedicated parking space so close to town is a treat.
Walcot Street is ideal- Aqua Italia at the end of the alley, Sam’s across the road for coffee, Waitrose an easy five minutes’ walk away, and one evening I walked back to the apartment from the Theatre Royal in less than ten minutes. And it feels far enough away from the tourist scene to make you feel like a local, yet close enough to take advantage of everything Bath has to offer.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment, and Bath Holiday Rentals, wholeheartedly.

This was our 5th year with Bath Holiday Rentals and our experience didn't disappoint. Everything was first class as usual. It was our first time in this property (although we had used the larger flat upstairs twice and can highly recommend that too!) and it was perfect accommodation for 2 adults plus a 14yr old (on the comfortable sofa bed). Very well decorated and equipped to a high standard, it's in a lovely central location but away from it all in a quiet side street. You can reach everything you need easily on foot. The' welcome basket' to get you started is very much appreciated after a long journey and we highly recommend Alexa and Bath Holidays Rentals if you're looking for accommodation in Bath.
