After a fabulous day out exploring all that Bath has to offer, take a short walk back from the centre and relax in this newly refurbished 2 bedroom property. The property is on the 2nd floor, so benefits from lovely views but has the rare addition of a lift to take you there.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely open plan living area. The peaceful master bedroom has a 5’ king size bed (can be arranged as twin room on request but please note the beds as singles are best suited for children as slightly narrower). Wall papered throughout, this serine room has a dressing table, stool and built in wardrobe and views out over the roof tops of Bath and Georgian architecture. There is an ensuite shower room with w.c., sink and shower.

Along the hallway is bedroom 2 with a single bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The spacious family bathroom has a w.c., sink and shower over bath.

The open-plan living space has a dining table to comfortably seat 3, a double sofa, additional armchair and smart TV. Also in this space is a fully stocked galley kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, fully stocked cupboards, and washer/dryer.

The property is perfectly situated for an easy stroll into Bath centre or to quickly head out of Bath in your car and explore the wider Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with some lovely towns, villages and tourist attractions only a short drive away.

Within 200 yards you have the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens. The Museum also offers a light meal, cakes or coffee with indoor and outdoor seating. The gardens have a boules pit, tennis courts and border the canal where you can take lovely walks and watch the canal boats. Alternatively, behind the property, you have 7-acre Henrietta Park, which you can enjoy on your walk to the city centre.

Within 5-minutes you are at the famous Great Pulteney street, often used to film many period dramas and lauded by many as one of the most beautiful streets in Europe. There are several restaurants, pubs and the famous Pulteney bridge which leads you into Bath center. You have waitrose supermarket within a ten minute walk from the property, or closer to home, a convenience shop less than 100 meters away.

Bath, a World Heritage City, has much to offer and is filled with restaurants, shops, bars, museums, the famous Roman Baths museum or indulge in the hot thermal springs water in the Thermae Spa. In the centre is the 57 acre Victoria Park which overlooks the famous Royal Crescent, renowned for its historic Georgian architecture. The Park also has a large outdoor play centre for children, skating rink in the winter, tennis courts, BBQ pits, Botanical Gardens and enjoy seeing the hot air balloons take off. The Bath Recreation Grounds, home to Bath Rugby, is within a 5 to10-minute walk from the property.

An absolutely wonderful property, only 10 mins walk from the centre of bath via various routes. My husband runs and really enjoyed the different options by the river and canal too. Our ten year old loved it too, having her own bathroom. The facilities were perfect, we wanted for nothing. The beds and pillows were really comfy too. The parking was great, so good to have a dedicated space. Thanks for making our stay so brilliant. We would definitely recommend it
