The contemporary fitted kitchen in taupe with grey granite tops has a 4-ring gas hob, 2 small electric ovens, a microwave, large fridge and separate freezer, small dishwasher and a lavazza mio coffee machine. A small central island has utensils on one side and cupboards with books, games and DVD’s on the dining side. The dining area has a small round table and 4 contemporary chairs. In the living area is a large grey sofa for 2 with 2 zingy red tub chairs, a wall-mounted TV with DVD and a blue-tooth radio. Two large windows look over a square of pretty planted gardens and Georgian terraces.
The principal bedroom, also in red and grey, has two single 3’ beds that zip and link to become a 6’ double. Above an elegant white marble decorative fireplace is a wall-mounted TV. An alcove beside has a fitted wardrobe with shelf space above and there is a tall chest of drawers for further storage. Two tall sash windows look over a church (with bell tower and Sunday service) and a charming little Georgian terrace.
The second bedroom in grey and blue has a 4’6” double bed, a small chest of drawers and a fitted cupboard with a narrow hanging area and some shelves. A large window has lovely garden views.
The large, smart and stone-tiled, contemporary bathroom has a long bath with shower over, a large hand basin with storage under and a WC with shelf space over for toiletries. A utility cupboard in the entrance hall has a washing machine combined with dryer, further utility items and Wi-Fi.

It was extremely clean. We decided we didn't need to wash dishes before starting to use them, and that's not a norm during our holidays. In the apartment we found not only promised lines and towels, but also all small yet important things like dishwasher tables, washing up liquid, kitchen sponge as well as tea bags, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits, chocolate, serials in little boxes.
Interior was nicely designed with high quality wooden floor. We loved open space in main room and beautiful kitchen island. Both bedrooms were nice as well. Initially, we were concerned that only main one had a split bed. (Split bed is important for us so our children don't need to sleep together). It turn out OK. Small bedroom was probably nicer, with a lot of light. It had direct entry to bathroom, so was well suited for parents. And bathroom - top quality design!
The apartment is located in city centre, so of course means small issue with parking. The owner provided us with permit, so it didn't cost us, but was not easy to park even for a moment in front of the apartment. However, that something we expected for staying in the city centre.
The support team was very responsive and helpful
'Better than Superb
I feel the pictures do this place an injustice. It is far larger and far more impressive than the pictures suggest. The location is superb - just above the beginning of the main town. The flat is extremely well maintained and well appointed. Throughout the beds / linen / electrical items etc. supplied are of a very decent quality. This is a ground floor flat. Its a spacious property.
The management team, headed by Alexa, responded extremely efficiently from the moment I started enquiring to the end of my stay. I would suggest that the flat is easily a 5* standard and above. It has the feel above that of a quality Hotel.'
