The parking space is a big bonus for Bath, we managed to park a truck there but it is best suited to a small car. And the location is brilliant with a short flat walk to the nicest part of the city. We loved this property for our break in Bath. It was really spacious for 2 people, clean and well decorated, with everything we needed and quiet too. The dedicated parking space is a bonus (although may be difficult to get into if you have a larger car, which thankfully I didn’t) as we did leave the city a few times to visit Glastonbury, Avebury, Salisbury and Stonehenge. The outside terraced seating area was a great little sun trap too. The property is well within easy walking distance to Bath city centre and we loved exploring the areas round about on our walks into the City (it was a bonus finding a Bridgerton filming location and the apartment Jane Austen lived in, both within a few mins walk of the property). We will definitely visit Bath and book this property again.

The dedicated parking space is a bonus, taking the worry out of parking in a busy city. The property was easy walking distance to Bath city centre, plus there is a mini supermarket just up the road and a couple of local pubs. Henrietta Park is beautiful and very close to walk in , lots of lovely trees, birds and squirrels to see and all green ! Parking out the front door was very welcome . 1 Herschel Place is a nice, quiet, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our short break. The parking space is handy as Bath is not very car-friendly. In fact we only used the car for excursions outside of the city, as everything else was walkable – 15 minutes to Pulteney Bridge and its independent shops and eateries (something for everyone including Thai, Italian, Mediterranean, all with good veggie choices). The welcome pack, including wine, was a nice touch. The only slight glitch with the apartment was the constant background hum of a boiler or generator which we think was coming from a services room next to our bedroom/bathroom. We managed to ‘tune out’ the sound but it could irritate some. We would return for a longer visit as we only scratched the surface of what Bath has to offer.

that Alexa's properties will be clean, functional, well fitted out with a touch of luxury.
Herschel Place was an excellent choice for us. It is right in the heart of Bath and renovated to a high standard. Hence it was well insulated and very quiet. The whole complex was amazingly quiet, no rowdy neighbors or parties. The dining area/reception/kitchen is open plan which was really nice. It also has private designated parking... right next to the front door.
We much prefer to stay in Alexa's properties as opposed to air b n b. It is a guarantee of quality and a high standard, resulting in a comfortable and a worry-free stay.

Stayed here for six nights. It is in a perfect location, easy to find and once there we left the car and walked into Bath.
This takes about 10 minutes down to the left after the church. There is parking directly outside. We were met as soon as we got there and shown around and had a chat about the area.
The property is faultless. There is a main road directly outside the bedroom but unless you are a very light sleeper this is not a problem. Lovely comfortable big bed. The shower is over bath and the bath is quite high if you are less mobile. Very clean with everything you could want for your stay. Very warm, so cosy in winter. Some welcome goodies left which is nice touch, milk, wine, coffee.
Would stay here again, very impressed.

The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well maintained and cleaned, including several extras around such as toiletries and kitchen supplies. We also enjoyed the thoughtful welcome package provided. The living room looked out on a secluded carpark making it very quiet and peaceful and although the bedroom side was on a busy road, the double glazing did an excellent job of keeping out noise. Being a 10minute easy walk from the town centre was an added advantage and meant we didn't have to pay for parking every time we went into Bath. We had a wonderful week and would happily return - brilliant value for money holiday.

We enjoyed our third stay in Herschell Place very much, the apartment is ideally located within 10 minute easy stroll of the city centre and with the added bonus of a private parking space it is perfect for those travelling to Bath by car. The apartment is well appointed with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen allowing us to take advantage of the Saturday farmers market where there is an abundance of fresh produce. Additionally Bath itself has so many restaurants that we also took the opportunity to eat out on several evenings. The most remarkable thing about Herschel Place is that on all of our three stays we have found it to be one of the most peacful locations we have ever experienced. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't end up there again in the next couple of years.

The apartment was lovely, very well presented and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay, especially as we cooked in most nights. We both had a really enjoyable time in Bath, the archtitecture is amazing and the majority of the parks charming. Herschel Place lived up to our expectations, though the lounge / dining / kitchen areas are not large because they are openplan they give a sense of space and are furnished and equiped to a high standard in calming shades. The bathroom and bedroom are beautifully appointed and are of very good proportions. We were certainly very comfotable thoughout the duration of our stay and the information pack provided within the property was very helpful and comprehensive. The big plus for us was the off road parking facility as we did not use the car for the week but walked everywhere as the flat is very close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc., also the public transport network is very good and can take you anywhere you may wish to visit. We will definitely be going back to Bath and most likely may try for Herschel Place again.

We have enjoyed our six days’ stay in Bath at stylish Herschel Place very much. The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious, with a good bed, a state of the art kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. As the weather was good, the private terrace was perfect. The apartment is situated on an arm’s length of the beautiful city centre of Bath, with a lot of restaurants, riverside pub’s, cosy shops and cultural sights and museums. We have made a boat trip on the river and visited the ancient baths. A trip to Bristol (nice zoo) is also a good option.
