We had a great time in Bath! Co-op just steps from house, so close to Circus and Royal Crescent. We were in downtown in minutes. House was very nice! Kitchen equipped, owner made us feel so welcomed! Would stay here again! Must go to Thermal Spa! What a treat! Loved our time!

House was in a good location near the centre and many of Bath's attractions, although up a slight incline if you are not able to walk uphill. House was clean, tidy and had all the amenities as described. Instructions given were very easy to follow, and the app was great for finding local highlights, particularly Hudson's steak restaurant which had a great atmosphere and served delicious food. A bath holiday rentals guy drove passed as we were leaving one morning and stopped to check everything was ok. Would definitely return and recommend.

Great place in a fantastic location very close to the Royal Crescent. TV ('Cinema') room useful if you have kids. The walk into the centre of town is about 15 minutes and mostly uphill on the way back. I only mention this as I took someone in their mid 70s but cabs are easy enough to come by too. Hosted by a holiday letting agency who supplied a lot of useful info such as restaurant guides. Includes a parking permit for right outside on the street which was invaluable!

The management the this property are very communicative and the check-in could not have been easier. The home was immaculately clean and accommodated comfortable basics, tea, coffee, fresh milk, sugar. The bedrooms and en suit are perfectly suited fur every need. The information book provided was extremely helpful. This is an easy walk to the commercial center of the tourist area. There were many pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store within 15m. I would highly recommend this property if you're visiting Bath.

The apartment is ideally located in Bath and not on a busy street. Although parking in Bath is difficult we were able to find a spot close by every day. Really lovely unit! We split the rental with some friends of ours and loved that the layout allowed us to each have a private bed/bath area and still plenty of room to just relax. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking. The basement TV room was a great hangout spot. Loved the location...really didn’t spend a lot of time in this lovely house because Bath was at our feet. Great recommendations and lots of small touches to make the place comfortable. We travel to Bath once a year and usually end up in a local hotel..this has given us a whole new appreciation for a place we already love. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Walking distance from all that Bath has to offer
The accommodation was exactly what we wanted. The location was perfect. The co-op round the corner was really useful. The house was spotless and really cosy, lots of information provided about local eateries and places to visit. Super comfy beds were really appreciated. A car parking permit was provided which was really handy as we only used the car once and walked the rest of the time. Bath is such a beautiful city, we really enjoyed our few days there. The only downside was that the tumble drier wasn't working which was a little inconvenient as there is nowhere outside to dry washing. All in all though, if we were ever back in the area we would stay again. Thank you.

Alexa and Sara, the agents my wife and I dealt with from Bath Holiday Rentals were very accommodating and welcoming. This home was a beautifully decorated and fully furnished house with everything we needed to be comfortable. The home is centrally located within Bath and you can walk to most if not all of the interesting sights, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Surprisingly, the city is very European and reminded us more of France or Italy then England. The people we met were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we'd like to visit again.

The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and was equipped with all you could need, it is literally a two minute walk into Bath and yet is in a very quiet road. Parking is difficult as there is no space for the house, you just have to park where you can in the street, having said that we managed to park outside when we arrived and we didn't need the car once we were there.
A welcome pack which included wine and biscuits was left for us which was a lovely (& welcome) surprise.

From beginning to end ,we found the service we were given by the staff at Bath Holiday Rentals second to none. The property we stayed in was spotlessly clean , warm and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the fixtures and fittings were lovely.

It is so convenient to town centre where the shopping is great & the Roman Baths is a must visit place.
