One note is the garage space for parking only really works for a very small car! But so useful to have it

Everything had been thought of from a parking voucher and helpful folder of local information to milk, cereal and tea and coffee on our arrival. Highly recommend this lovely house.

Really easy booking process and check in was smooth-Laine was very helpful. The property was really clean, well maintained and was well stocked. Nice addition of a welcome pack! The property is in an excellent location for walking into Bath and exploring, we only used the car for further away trips. Parking can be quite tricky outside the property due to limited spaces, but the permit allows you to park in nearby streets. Only downside was the green outside the property sometimes had people on it being noisy until the early hours. Highly recommended property and company to deal with! Would love to go back for the Christmas markets!

More importantly I had fantastic service from you and your team (This time it was Sara who let us in). So thank for all the arrangement. Also thank you for taking care of the carpet cleaning and table cloth replacement. Ah... cooking curry can get messy sometimes, but they tasted heavenly.

A friendship group of 6 of us met in February and stayed at the Crescent Lane house in |Bath. Superb doesn't really describe it. the support before the booking and during the stay from Bath Holiday Rentals was fantastic and the property exceeded expectations. All the things you want; well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the best welcome pack I've ever seen (wine, biscuits, milk and more). There's parking on the road for one with a permit and a garage - but it is small so only suitable for a Golf or similar. Charlotte Street car park is about a 5-6 minute walk away but it is pricey.
The house easily sleeps 6 and is laid out in such a way that you can relax without being cramped.The kitchen is small but open plan so we found it ideal for a group like ours as we could all talk even when meals were being prepared. There are lovely little additional features such as a comprehensive lighting system so you can lights dimmed for chilled out after dinner gossip. The property is quiet and in an excellent location. 2 minutes to the Royal Crescent, 5 to The Circus and 10 to the city centre. Would recommend without hesitation.

We would like to thank you for the excellent standard of the holiday apartment at Crescent Lane, Bath, we were absolutely delighted with the warmth and comfort provided as we celebrated our daughters 21st with a multi -generational gathering including four grandparents in their late 80's who were very well provided for in the ground floor bedrooms.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the thoughtful welcome pack was very much appreciated. We enjoyed sitting around the big table and the whole ambience was just great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage, which we found very comfortable. Our accommodation was perfectly located, set within easy walking distance of the city centre as well as the venues we needed to attend during our stay. Car parking for two vehicles was perfect, as we were able to tuck the small car up in the garage and the larger one on the road using the parking permit. I'm sure we will be in touch should we need accommodation in Bath again. We shall definitely recommend Bath Holiday Rentals.

We initially booked with Bath Holiday Rentals because the customer service and attention to detail during the booking process was fantastic. Coming from the states, we were on our way to Bath without any prior knowledge of the town. We felt very comfortable coming to the house and were taken care of very well.
We were pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the house was. We had plenty of room, great linens and it was comforting to know we had a personal contact if anything came up.
The house is centrally located, we walked everywhere! We loved Bath, such a beautiful town and we wished we could have stayed there forever.

We spent a month in
the UK, and 5 days at this wonderful property. The house is beautifully
designed to take advantage of light everywhere. The kitchen is extremely
efficient and has every implement you could want. Because we had people sick
while we were there, 4 of us used 3 bedrooms, all of which were tastefully
decorated with very comfortable beds.
This was without question the loveliest self catering unit we had on our entire
trip. There is one flight of manageable stairs to the main living area.
We walked to town every day, a nice stroll through public gardens. The
neighborhood has a green grocer, a co-op, and be sure you order at least one
meal from the fabulous takeaway Cavendish Cooks. They are just a block away, and
we ended up having marvelous dinners in every night.

A group of four girlfriends - we spent a great long weekend in Bath in this beautiful apartment.
We were welcomed and shown round by Alexa - a great touch. The apartment is very well equipped, beautifully designed, warm and comfortable. After walking our feet off on Saturday - we came back to our snuggly home - had a couple of G&Ts, ordered a takeaway and put our feet up to watch 'Strictly' - perfect.
The location is ideal - lovely places to eat within easy walking distance, newsagent around the corner and a lovely walk into the centre of Bath with lots of lovely attractions along the way.

We had a fantastic stay at Crescent Lane for my sister's hen weekend. The accommodation is stunning and the pictures really do not do it justice. It is finished to a very high standard and there was plenty of space, even for 7 females getting ready for a night out. The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath and there are restaurants and pubs and a convenience shop within a minutes walk. The little welcome pack, including a bottle of wine and chocolates were greatly received! Crescent Lane is really a wonderful house with spacious and comfortable area for 7 persons. The three double bedrooms and one single bedroom are cosy. The beddings are very comfortable comparable to 5-star hotels. The amenities provided are all in excellent conditions and the free wifi is really loved by my children. The kitchen is really modern and easy to use. Lastly, the living room is well decorated with lovely furniture and fire place.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
On the whole, it's really value for money. It's home away from home. Highly recommended."
