This was our second stay in January 2023 at this property, we would not have returned if it was not as good as it is for location and comfort of the apartment. The only negative is the 68 stairs to get to it so after a long day out around town etc its good to sit down as soon as you get back to the apartment :)

We had a fantastic time in Bath and at this apartment, so much so we have booked again and will be returning. The apartment has everything you could need, to eat in or just go out and walk to one of the many resturants withing 10mins of the apartment. Location is great and we parked our car in the Charlotte street carpark and did not return to it until we left 7 days later! The only slight negative is the stairs all 68 of them so be prepared! I would recommend small case's or bags and take 2 steps at a time then theres only 34 :)

The flat was extremely comfortable and clean. We felt it was even nicer than the photos. It is in a fantastic position to explore Bath. Bath Holiday Rental’s were excellent at communicating. We arrived quite late, 10pm, and we had a phone call query which was answered at such a late hour.

A fabulously placed, quiet apartment with lovely views from the master bedroom and kitchen. Perfectly placed for walking into town. Directly next to the fashion museum and lots of places to get a good breakfast. Check in was easy and parking at Charlotte street carpark was nice and handy. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Location wise it was absolutely perfect. The master bed was huge and very comfortable and we enjoyed the collection of dvds. If you struggle with stairs it’s worth knowing that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the flat on the top floor but it was so worth it. It wasn’t an issue for us. I could go on and on but ultimately it’s a lovely flat and we would definitely book this again.

Location, location, location. It’s really the perfect location. 1 minute walk to town but very quiet at night. This listing met the basics, nice kitchen, table for eating, etc. It is in the attic of the building so not for people not on good shape. Lol. Some upgrades need to be done to the coach and TV, but otherwise very pleasant stay. We have stayed with the host Alexa before. She is really great and runs things like a proper business.

This is a fabulous apartment in an excellent location in Bath. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's bigger than it looks in the photos! Being a top floor apartment, there were a few stairs to access it, but I think we needed these after eating lots of local sweet treats and cafe meals!! The family (2 adults, 11 & 9 year old) travelled by train to Bath. We were able to walk to the apartment, as well as walking all round Bath. We very much appreciated all the little mundane extras, like washing up liquid, toilet roll and hand soap (which meant we didn't need to buy them), as well as the thoughtful treats left for our arrival. Thank you!

Perfect place for a weekend in Bath. It was a short 10 mins to everything we needed. The apartment was really clean and we were greeted with some essentials and lovely non essentials which was a really lovely welcome. Communication from the hosts was excellent. Would 100% stay again!

This is a marvelous 2 bedroom sun-filled flat, with a wonderful location on the Circus. Ideal for experiencing the best of Bath. Flat is fashionable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Know that it is a 4th floor walkup. Great cardio! Highly recommend.

“Circus heights is in a perfect location right in The Circus within walking distance of all the main attractions of Bath. It is a beautiful top floor flat with lovely views and has been really well designed to utilise all available space, it was more spacious than we thought from the pictures and perfect for a family of four! As it comes with a parking permit we were able to conveniently park our car in The Circus and leave it there during our stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings and everything you could need including some luxury goodies left by the host :) It was also surprisingly quiet, it’s very well sound proofed and we didn’t hear any other residents in the building! We would definitely like to come back to Bath as we didn’t get to see everything we would have liked to and we’d love to stay here again. Thanks to Bath Holiday Rentals for a fantastic break!”
