The Circus, built between 1754 and 1768 is a masterpiece of John Wood the Elder, one of his greatest works in stone. Tiers of Doric, Ionic and Corinthian columns carved with intriguing emblems and topped with noble stone acorn finials delight the eye. You can admire the architecture in all its detail from the comfort of the living room.
This fabulous and extremely comfortable apartment is light and bright and furnished to an exceptional standard.

The open-plan living and dining room offer you beautiful views of The Circus. The living room is furnished with a large country style sofa and two wing backed armchairs. A circular dining table finished in dove grey comfortably seats four and is complimented by the painted corner dresser. There is a TV with DVD player and an ample selection of DVD's to choose from.

The smart fully functional kitchen has an electric hob, oven and grill. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and a Nespresso Coffee Machine ensure this kitchen is fitted with everything you would need should you choose to have a meal in.

The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King-size bed and fitted wardrobe. By arrangement, these Zip & Link beds can be repositioned and disconnected to make two comfortable Single beds.

The second room, with rooftop views of Bath, snugly fits two Single beds, one 3' and one 2'6", a fitted wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. This room can also be a Single room if required as the second bed which is slightly shorter, can tuck underneath the other allowing more space in the room. The hallway offers further storage space if needed.

The spacious classic bathroom has contemporary marble tiling. The bathroom has a good sized bath, coupled with a rain shower over head, a large square wash basin and a WC.

This property is accessed via three flights of stairs as it is on the third floor. This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. However, with its fabulous central location, all that Bath has to offer is just around the corner.

The apartment is within a historically significant building at the heart of a beautiful World Heritage city, renowned for its glorious Georgian architecture. Circus Heights overlooks The Assembly Rooms and is surrounded by interesting museums, galleries, great restaurants, bars, lovely shops and boutiques.

Nearby are the historic sites of The Royal Crescent, The Roman Baths and The Bath Abbey. There is a range of evening entertainment at the Theatre Royal, the Komedia Comedy Club or the Little Theatre Cinema.
You could coordinate your visit with one of the many renowned music, literature and food festivals that abound. Perhaps take a hot-air balloon flight from the adjacent Victoria Park or do a cooking course at Bertinet Kitchen around the corner from the property.

Bath's High Street is a short stroll away and lined with restaurants, bars and shops.

The Bath Spa Station and the Bath Bus and Coach Station are a 15 minute walk from the property.

It was a very lovely and spacious apartment and we were very happy. It was so appreciative to have fresh milk, biscuits and ground coffee available to use. The cleaning supplies like tablets for the dishwasher was also appreciative. The only downside was the three flights of stairs, which I was aware of, but the view was magnificent. Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience.

The only negative is the 68 stairs to get to it so after a long day out around town etc its good to sit down as soon as you get back to the apartment :)

We had a fantastic time in Bath and at this apartment, so much so we have booked again and will be returning. The apartment has everything you could need, to eat in or just go out and walk to one of the many resturants withing 10mins of the apartment. Location is great and we parked our car in the Charlotte street carpark and did not return to it until we left 7 days later! The only slight negative is the stairs all 68 of them so be prepared! I would recommend small case's or bags and take 2 steps at a time then theres only 34 :)

A fabulously placed, quiet apartment with lovely views from the master bedroom and kitchen. Perfectly placed for walking into town. Directly next to the fashion museum and lots of places to get a good breakfast. Check in was easy and parking at Charlotte street carpark was nice and handy. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Location wise it was absolutely perfect. The master bed was huge and very comfortable and we enjoyed the collection of dvds. If you struggle with stairs it’s worth knowing that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the flat on the top floor but it was so worth it. It wasn’t an issue for us. I could go on and on but ultimately it’s a lovely flat and we would definitely book this again.

Location, location, location. It’s really the perfect location. 1 minute walk to town but very quiet at night. This listing met the basics, nice kitchen, table for eating, etc. It is in the attic of the building so not for people not on good shape. Lol. Some upgrades need to be done to the coach and TV, but otherwise very pleasant stay. We have stayed with the host Alexa before. She is really great and runs things like a proper business.

This is a fabulous apartment in an excellent location in Bath. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's bigger than it looks in the photos! Being a top floor apartment, there were a few stairs to access it, but I think we needed these after eating lots of local sweet treats and cafe meals!! The family (2 adults, 11 & 9 year old) travelled by train to Bath. We were able to walk to the apartment, as well as walking all round Bath. We very much appreciated all the little mundane extras, like washing up liquid, toilet roll and hand soap (which meant we didn't need to buy them), as well as the thoughtful treats left for our arrival. Thank you!

“Circus heights is in a perfect location right in The Circus within walking distance of all the main attractions of Bath. It is a beautiful top floor flat with lovely views and has been really well designed to utilise all available space, it was more spacious than we thought from the pictures and perfect for a family of four! As it comes with a parking permit we were able to conveniently park our car in The Circus and leave it there during our stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings and everything you could need including some luxury goodies left by the host :) It was also surprisingly quiet, it’s very well sound proofed and we didn’t hear any other residents in the building! We would definitely like to come back to Bath as we didn’t get to see everything we would have liked to and we’d love to stay here again. Thanks to Bath Holiday Rentals for a fantastic break!”
