This place is a great stay! Great value for money- the flat had everything we needed and more. The location is superb; it's within walking distance to almost everything in the city and it's a charming neighborhood. The flat itself is about a 2 min walk from the Circus. The interior is beautifully curated and decorated - couldn't recommend this place more!

this apartment was extremely comfortable to stay in. the location was great, nice and quiet. However, was only a 10-minute walk into the city. The beds were very comfortable, and the linen was spotless, something that is very important when booking on Airbnb. towels were of very good quality, and there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. excellent value for money. we will definitely be returning in the summer.

This apartment was both lovely and comfortable. One of the best apartments we've stayed in in Bath, and we will happily return. Car parking wasn't really an issue being relatively easy to find local street parking or to use the nearby municipal parking. Its location was perfect for both shops and cafes all within easy walking distance.

A total of three ladies rented this for a week during the Jane Austen festival in Bath. It was clean, cute, exactly as described. Living area was comfortable and view was gorgeous. The location was absolutely perfect, sitting between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. Easy walking to city center and all of the sights and restaurants. It was perfect for our needs and uses. Check in was easy and we didn’t have any problems during our stay.

Honestly, this is the best Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. It was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was a lovely space to relax in. The neighborhood was quiet at night, and it was an easy walk to all of the attractions in Bath. I'd come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Just gorgeous!

We didn't actually get to stay in this rental due to a member of our family getting Covid-19 right before we were to arrive. But I wanted to let others know the communication from this host is outstanding. They were very sympathetic to our situation, but even before that, they were sending lots of information so we could make the most of our time in Bath. I hope we'll be to Bath next year and will definitely try to stay with this host.

Catharine View is a perfect place to stay to explore Bath. The location is amazing, tucked behind the Royal Crescent and next to the lovely Margaret Buildings. Catharine’s Place is a wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. One of the biggest positives for me were the comfy furnishings and mattress, we slept really well. A very central location, having the bonus of a parking permit meant we didn’t need to carry our bags too far. Communication and information was exceptional, very personable and we got a quick and straightforward response to any enquiry, from the time of booking until our departure. We are returning to Bath in a few weeks, this apartment was not available but we have booked another of Alexa’s properties and will do so in the future. Highly recommended, thank you for the wine,chocolate and biscuits that were waiting when we arrived

“Alexa’s place is wonderful! A great location in walking distance to all main sites / restaurants and a really nice quiet side street with great shops and restaurants on your doorstep. With three kids in tow, her place was perfect - clean, beautiful, convenient and represents exactly what you see online (we have found this sometimes isn’t the case with other places we’ve reserved through Air BnB). We absolutely loved our stay in Bath! This flat is in a great location, easy walking to everything, including a stop for the hop-on, hop-off bus tour (and you can purchase tickets on the bus with cash). Very quiet neighbourhood at night, comfy beds and pillows, full twin size beds that can be combined for full King sized beds (Canadian size). The kitchen has everything you need, little co-op grocery near by. Would absolutely come again, Bath was so walkable with great restaurants and a lovely place for our first stop in the UK.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property on Catherine place in Bath. The apartment was very clean and attractively furnished, so it was very easy settle in and enjoy our time there. The beds were high quality, which is not always the case with rentals. Checking in and out was easy with good communication from the staff. Not an enormous space, but as advertised, and seemed to live larger than the square footage. Highly recommended. The location was also excellent, an easy walk to downtown Bath and very close to the Royal Crescent.

My mom and I could not have been happier in this lovely quiet home. Laine cheerfully greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. She was warm, funny, and full of helpful tips (especially the one where she advised us to take a taxi from the train station upon arriving!). We were exhausted after a day of travel, so we were so thankful for the gift basket of treats! We found everything to be very clean and comfortable. The beds and couches were dreamy after a long day of sight seeing! The information Book was very helpful with great restaurant recommendations. We had a lovely dinner at Yak Yeti Yak, thanks to The Book. We also enjoyed Temptations and Sally Lunn’s twice! If we ever come to Bath again, and I sure hope we do, we would most definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure staying in and coming home to this apartment. Stylish and well appointed. Everything you need for your stay is there for you. And the welcome package was fantastic. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and you can walk everywhere. You are close to all the touristy spots without feeling like you are living in them. Green space is very near if you just fancy a day on the grass. Couple of hints... although we walked from the train station I wouldn't do it again. The sustained hill climbing after our train trip wasn't all that pleasant. Especially when you don't know where you are going, with people everywhere etc. The trip back down was much better. And although there is a Co-op grocer very close, next time I'd wait for a trip to Waitrose which is a bit further for my major shop. Finally, we didn't mind the flights of steps up to the apartment at all but some may. All in all a wonderful stay at a beautiful apartment in an amazing town.

I stay with Bath Holiday Rentals regularly for work trips. It is always a delight. The apartments are, without exception, warm, comfortable and very welcoming. The decor varies between elegant classical and modern, but each is imaginatively designed with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This apartment has all the facilities, it is ideally located in the district of Circus and Crescent Royal, we spent 2 days wandering the streets of Bath without using the car.
The apartment is very comfortable with large bed, thick carpet, elegant decoration. We recommend.

A Charming Oasis
The property is a charming oasis in a wonderful city. Great location, tucked away from the commotion of Bath’s center. In walking distance to some great eateries, cafes, museums and shopping district. My husband, daughter and I rented the flat for 5 nights. We took day trips to the Cotswolds and Oxford. I highly recommend renting this flat.

Stayed for 3 nights over bank holiday. The apartment is far better than the photos. Spotlessly clean and so so tastefully decorated. Everything was in easy walking distance so we never needed to use the car at all. Bath itself was great, plenty of things to visit and lots of great restaurants. The apartment does have some fairly steep steps that may be a be a bit awkward for some older folks. Would 100% thoroughly recommend.

I can not recommend Catharine Place View high enough. We arrived and the apartment is absolutely spotless but better still, decorated beautifully. There was a welcome pack too!! We had a parking spot right outside the apartment so once parked and unpacked we were able to enjoy our weekend in Bath. The location is fantastic. Minutes walk to Bath centre. We loved the thermae bath spa and shopping. This was a wonderful weekend and the best apartment. Can't wait to come back!

The overwhelming impressions of our stay in CPV are very positive indeed. The apartment exceeded our high expectations, the location is great, and the café round the corner (The Green Bird Café) is excellent. Overall, it is clear that a great deal of thought has been put into the décor, furnishings, equipment, and how to address anything the visitor might want in a holiday apartment.
