We loved our stay in Bath. The property was in the best location and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was very large and nicely laid out. We had everything we needed. Thank you for the cookies and crackers. The communication with Bath Holiday rentals was excellent. Managed very well. The beds were too hard for our liking but the large soft fluffy towels made up for it. We would stay here again if we ever return to Bath.

We had a fabulous time celebrating Christmas and New Year with our family and making new memories. The welcome gifts from the hosts were appreciated, and it was so nice to put our gifts under the brightly lit Christmas tree. The location was perfect and close to most of the major Bath attractions (Holborne Museum, The Roman Baths, Bath Abbey), shopping and restaurants. We will recommend this flat to our friends and family who are looking to stay in Bath for any length of time.

We stayed here with our 2 children and it was fantastic. Right in the centre which is perfect for maximising the exploring time before tired legs kicks in. Also meant that we could easily pop back and out again during the day. Absolutely beautiful views and despite it being central, it was very peaceful in the evenings. TV has all subscriptions, kitchen is well stocked with essentials. A washer dryer was perfect for us and all in all, it is a beautiful flat in a beautiful location. Hosts on hand with any problems, we will be back again, thank you!

Easy place to recommend. Great location, spacious and clean, well appointed. Lovely to find kitchen well stocked and supplied. Hosts were responsive and communicative, very helpful as it took us a few minutes to realize the lockbox for the apartment is upstairs next to the door of the apartment. Location is incredible - right in the heart of Bath, lots of sights, restaurants and pubs very close by. The apartment easily accommodated four of us very comfortably. Would stay again, and would recommend to friends, family, and strangers alike!

Excellent position to walk to all & every restaurant & attraction. Great to have a large fridge & working kitchen. Large lounge area for relaxing after the day out. Comfortable large beds with great linen. Upstairs apartment with narrow stairs to access. No cooling which would could be an issue in summer with just 1 pedestal fan. Hot water ran out fairly quickly. Kitchen & laundry staples supplied.

Having been visiting Bath regularly for about six years of university visits, drop offs and pick ups this has to be the best place to stay that I have found. Beautifully central and fairly quiet, the flat is secluded with a fabulous location. The interior is nicely decorated and maintained, everything was easy to find and use and the communication was excellent.

I just wanted to say that we had the most marvellous stay at the Argyle upon Avon flat. It was really comfortable and very well equipped.
The chocolate, milk, cereal, biscuits and wine you left for us was a really nice and generous touch. The flat was ideally located for walking
into the centre, no more than 5 minutes and a huge Waitrose the other side of the Bridge. We had a problem with getting into Netflix and
your team managed to sort this. It was great knowing there was always someone on hand to help. I would really recommend this flat and hopefully
we will be coming back to stay again.

The apartment came with a parking permit and we found parking easily on a Friday afternoon. Lovely bright, stylish & spacious apartment on the bank of the Avon, right in the middle of town. Easy check in / check out. Parking close to apartment. Everything you need within a short walk. We came for a weekend break with two kids & it was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Just wanted to say an extra thank you to Laine. Our kids hid their teddies behind the sofa before we left so we didn’t see them when we checked. Laine was in touch all day to eventually drive over to return them to us. Above and beyond and avoided tears before bedtime! Also, fabulous place. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know wanting to stay in the area.

We booked quite last minute to come to Bath for a long weekend. We found this place on VRBO and we're so glad we booked it. The apartment is located almost in the middle of the city. On my recent visit to Bath, I stayed in your Argyle Upon Avon Flat. It is a beautiful, comfortable flat right in the very centre of Bath on the Poultney Bridge. The kitchen is well designed and we did cook several meals during the week. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and amazingly quiet overnight. The location is an easy, flat walk to all the main sites and shopping. And when we returned after a day out, it was only one flight of stairs to our door. (Many Bath flats are a breathless hike up several flights.) This is a very beautiful, conveniently located and comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

“This place is fab. We were 8 minutes walk from the station and right in the heart of town, although it was quiet inside the flat. It was bright and airy, with river views from both bedrooms and really comfy beds. The standards of comfort and decor were exceptional and the extra touches - throws, lamps, cushions, beautiful blinds - made it even more cosy. There was a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived - tea, coffee, milk, a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate! There were also small boxes of muesli for breakfast. We were welcomed at the flat, shown around and told about the heating, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Also, on the day we were going home, we were able to leave our bags in the hallway until we were ready to catch our train. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.”

We have been staying in Bath Holiday Rentals annually for many years. We have been enjoyed all of the properties we have stayed in and Argyle did not disappoint! This flat is the whole package for us! It is bright and airy with lovely furnishings. The two bedrooms have river views and comfy beds. The living room and kitchen area face the street and Putney Bridge providing fun people watching yet an oasis from the hustle bustle. Everything is walking distance from this flat. There is a Waitrose about a 2 minutes walk and nice local Pub, The Boater, right across the street plus a wide variety of restaurants you can see right from the front window. Love this place and will be back! Thanks Alexa and your marvellous team for another hassle free holiday in a beautiful home!

We spend a week in the flat where just like our second home in Bath with our daughters. Argyle Street was perfect in location, it was just a few minutes walk to the Bath Abbey and other spots. Accommodation was bright, clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and Waitrose was just nearby. If you want to dine out especially for breakfast, various café were just down the street. A parking permit was provided but as it is in the city center, parking spaces were always full. The flat was on the first floor of the building, it was a little bit noise but the bedrooms were at the back so it was not a problem at all. I would like to thank Laine and Sara for their hospitality and we will definitely come back.
