A beautifully decorated, one-bedroom lodge on the cusp of Bath city centre. This stylish home features a gas wood-effect fire in the lounge and an outdoor seating area, making it the perfect romantic getaway, whatever the weather.

Located within the owner’s grounds, this spacious home has been thoughtfully refurbished and has modern furnishings and decor throughout. Head inside and you will find yourself in the large, fully equipped kitchen/diner. Cook up a storm in this contemporary space and eat together at the dining table before heading through to the welcoming lounge. Curl up on the loveseat and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV while warming up in front of the gas wood-effect fire. A shower room with a WC and a washer/dryer completes the ground floor. Upstairs, under the eaves, the sumptuous bedroom contains a super-king-size bed with ample storage space as well as a large en-suite shower room. Directly outside the front door is a shared courtyard area. Here you can sip on a morning coffee or enjoy an evening tipple as the sun sets.

Stroll through the historic Sydney Gardens (0.5 miles), the only remaining Georgian pleasure garden in the UK, and enjoy the peaceful woodland and waterside walks. Towards the far end of the park, you will find The Holburne Museum. Plus, there’s the Bathwick region of the city – the gateway to an abundance of shops and restaurants. Take a trip to the 2,000-year-old Roman Baths (1 mile), a well-preserved bathing site, or take a dip just like they did at Thermae Bath Spa (1 mile).

Excellently appointed and placed property within walking distance to both local and city centre facilities and attractions. Lots of walks from the door and , of course, the very great benefit of parking. Some noise from the main road but that hasn't stopped us from being repeat visitors.

Very spacious and well equipped. Easy parking at accommodation. There is a 10 to 15 minute walk to local attraction down hill but up on the way back, just too far to nip back for a coffee. There is a busy road that runs by the bedroom, the traffic can be heard.

A great location and a fab place to stay, this was the perfect base for us whilst we explored Bath, as we did not want to be right in the town centre. Loved the accommodation, great off road parking and close to the town centre and just like the pictures. Make sure you try Clayton's Kitchen if you are visiting Bath, perfect for foodies. Very nice well equipped lodge with off road parking. We could walk to all attractions in Bath. Its next to a main road so you can hear the traffic when in the bedroom.
