A charming mews house set on a lovely, cobbled street close to the main thoroughfare in Bath. Ideal for a group of four friends or a small family, with an open-plan living space and two separate shower rooms. Spend days exploring the bustling city before retreating to this quaint cottage to relax.

Parking directly outside, grab your luggage and head indoors to this characterful and spacious property. You will immediately find yourself in the hallway and notice this is a reverse-level home as the master bedroom is situated on the ground floor. This bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Adjacent is the laundry and utility room, a handy addition while on your trip. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find the bright and airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen. This is the perfect space for socialising together or watching films on the large Smart TV on the cosy sofas. The beautiful bay window overlooks the church opposite. The compact and practical kitchen has everything you will need for cooking up tasty meals when you fancy eating in. The second bedroom is also situated on the first floor, a sumptuous super-king-size with zip-and-link beds for added flexibility (can be made into a twin on request at time of booking).

Bath is a bustling city with a rich history and an abundance of shops and restaurants. Take a trip to the fascinating Roman Baths (0.5 miles), where the warming mineral-rich waters were used by the Celts and Romans over 2000 years ago. The fabulous Royal Victoria Park (1 mile) has play areas, miniature golf courses and plenty of space for a picnic if the weather is on your side.

Great location, clean and modern property. The main lounge was cold at times and the heating system when boosted did not seem to make any improvement. Additionally, 3 minor points: Lacking wine glasses, EV charger not initially accessible (had to call to get it activated and quilt cover on inside out. Non of the above spoiled the experience as the Read morepositives significantly outweighed these minor inconveniences. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm there are enough wine glasses for the occupancy of this property and that the heating system has been checked and working perfectly. Apologies for the inside out duvet cover, this has been forwarded on and acknowledged. We are pleased that the team responded quickly to activate the EV charger for you. Fabulous place, great quiet location thats easy walking distance to everything and big plus that it has a parking spot. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, very comfortable beds, nice showers with lots of hot water.

This property is a fantastic place to stay for a break in Bath. Quiet and very convenient location. Very well presented and clean homely residence with many home comforts and modern interior. Would definitely recommend and will return again next time we visit Bath

Very nice cottage ideally located for the center of Bath (10 to 15 minute walk) with the advantage of parking outside the front door. It suited the two of us very well but might seem a little bijou for four adults. We spent a very pleasant four nights there.

We loved our stay in Bath in this nice place. It was just as described and clean and tidy. We also loved that we could easily walk into the centre of town, and avoid parking costs. The fact that our car had a parking spot just outside was great when we arrived and when we left. Just a great home away from home.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is ideal for walking into Bath and it is great to have a parking space right outside the property. The property is well furnished and equipped with comfy beds and good showers.

Conveniently located, clean, well-equipped flat in Bath with parking. Although small, and the (spacious) bathroom for the upstairs bedroom is downstairs, the flat comfortably accommodated 3/4 guests. Bath Holiday Rentals provided a comprehensive and informative welcome e-booklet. Recommended.

Well-decorated, flat on a quiet street and a perfect location, close to all the sights, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Just as pictured with plenty of amenities - paper towel, toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, body wash/shampoo. The best perk was washer and separate dryer! It was warm and they provided fans and the skylights can be opened. All batRead morehroom sinks were small, a bit wider than an airplane sink, but worked fine for a short, two night stay.
