Maisie Adam: Buzzed

Thursday 29th September, 8pm

Seize the chance to see rising comedy star Maisie Adam right here in Bath, as she launches her brand new show ‘Buzzed’. The ‘Mock the Week’ and ‘Live at the Apollo’ comic is in town with a high-energy, high-octane show packed with cracking jokes, magnificent stories and witty observations. Don’t miss it.

Nick Helm: What Have We Become?

Wednesday 12th October, 7.30pm

Join the famously gravel-voiced comedian and actor Nick Helm, as he brings a startlingly insightful, honest and uproariously funny show to Bath. The critically acclaimed, multi-award winning comedian is a regular guest on ‘8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown’ and star of ‘Uncle’ and ‘Nick Helm’s Heavy’ on BBC Three.

Tickets start from £15.

Austentatious

Thursday 20th October, 8pm

Now for something a little different, but absolutely perfect for a city famous for its Georgian history and literary connections. Austentatious is a Regency comedy romp like no other, except perhaps for Bridgerton. Each night, the accomplished cast improvises a ‘lost’ Jane Austen novel based on a title provided by the audience, all in glorious period costume. This acclaimed show, fresh from sell out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, is not to be missed.

Tickets start from £18.50, although there are also Meal Deal tickets available at £29.50.

The Scummy Mummies Return

Tuesday 1st November and Wednesday 2nd November, 8pm

Helen and Ellie are back with a new evening of comedy, songs and plenty of laughs, in a refreshingly candid show about parenthood and the joys of going ‘out-out’. This is bound to be a popular one, so snap up your tickets soon.

Tickets start from £23, ages 18+.

Milton Jones: Milton Impossible

Sunday 27th November, 7.30pm

Known as ‘Him with the shirts from Mock the Week’, seasoned stand-up Milton Jones graces the Komedia stage in November with ‘Milton Impossible’. Expect an absurd, plot-twisting and hilariously funny show about life as an international spy, or not.

Tickets start from £27.50.

Krater Comedy Club

Every Saturday night from 8pm

And of course, there’s the hugely popular Krater Comedy Club. This brilliant weekly night offers the best in live stand-up, featuring three comedians and a compere. It’s a great chance to catch up-and-coming stars, along with established comics. Here’s a look at the line-up for the next few weeks:

  • 24th Sep – Rob Deering, Amy Matthews and Andrew Ryan
  • 1st October – Tom Ward, Robin Morgan and Michelle Shaughnessy
  • 8th October – Ignacio Lopez, Louise Atkinson and Kate Barron
