Amazing bottomless brunch in Bath

Where to get an amazing bottomless brunch in Bath

2 June 2021

After what’s been a very tough year, we can all agree that a bottomless brunch is just what’s needed. Picture stacks of fluffy pancakes, endless rounds of toast, eggs done all ways and of course, free-flowing fizz.

Now that Bath is reopening, brunch is officially back on the menu. Here’s our roundup of the best bottomless brunch restaurants and cafes in Bath:

Aqua

Every Saturday from 9.30am to 4pm, this much-loved Walcot Street restaurant goes seriously big on brunch. For £30 a person, you get two courses (the second being pancakes, naturally) and two hours of free-flowing fizz, selected cocktails or lager. And if you’re staying at our elegant Old Orchard apartment just a few steps away, you’ll be within staggering distance of a plush, comfortable sofa to recover on.

Turtle Bay Bath

Turtle Bay is famous for its boozy bottomless brunch, which features unlimited cocktails, prosecco, craft beers and mocktails for up to two hours. It’s available every day at the Bridge Street restaurant, with the last sitting at 3pm (5pm on Sundays). There are delicious brunch dishes to choose from, including smashed avocado and poached eggs, and a soft bara roti stack with beach-style fried chicken.  The whole thing is £28.50 per person, but you can also pay a little more to upgrade your meal or add extras.

The Botanist Bath

If you’re after a fancier kind of brunch, head to the Botanist on Milsom Place. It’s just round the corner from our gorgeous Milsom Retreat apartment. This secret garden restaurant has an elegant and exquisite brunch menu available every day, including smoked trout and salmon pate, papaya and buckwheat granola and baked shakshuka. You can mix and match for just £15 a person to build your perfect brunch, and there’s even a Mini Juice Boost menu.

But best of all, you can pay an extra £15 per person and get bottomless drinks for 90 minutes, choosing from delicious spritz or prosecco cocktails.

Slug & Lettuce Bath

Settle in for two hours of brunch heaven at the Slug & Lettuce at Edgar Buildings on George Street. It’s £28 per person and includes a delicious brunch dish, including Eggs Benedict, Full Breakfast (or veggie/vegan breakfast) and a choice of pancakes.  This is all washed down with bottomless prosecco, cocktails or pints of Amstel, or you can choose virgin cocktails or soft drinks. You’ll need to book in advance, but it’s available every day.

Absurd Bird Bath

Every weekend, Absurd Bird on Lawrence Street offers an irresistible Bottomless Brunch menu. For £35 a person, you’ll get a tasty two-course meal with bottomless prosecco or beer. Just remember to book in advance!

All Bar One Bath

The stylish All Bar One on High Street offers a fabulous Bottomless Brunch every day, but you’ll need to book in advance. For £30 a person, you’ll get your pick of brunchables such as Eggs Benedict, Sweet Belgian Waffles and a full breakfast, plus 90 minutes of refillable fizz, mimosa or Bloody Mary cocktails.

Las Iguanas Bath

Fancy a Latin American inspired brunch? Book a table at Las Iguanas Bath on Saw Close and for 90 minutes, you can tuck into a tasty two-course brunch and bottomless drinks for £29.95 a person. Prosecco and beer are the standard option, or you can upgrade to bottomless cocktails for an extra £5 a person.  The food is to die for, with a choice of breakfast burritos, enchiladas and quesadilla to get your taste buds dancing.

Happy brunching!
