Property Details:

Visitors will adore this stylish one-bedroomed 1st floor boutique apartment within a grand Georgian terrace in central Bath. It has original features, lovely views and a luxurious contemporary interior, all within easy walking distance of the city`s attractions.

Throughout the flat are luxurious textiles, glossy surfaces and warming additions of terracotta red furnishings, along with period details including high ceilings, original decorative cornicing and working shutters.

The living room has 2 glorious windows over-looking pretty gardens, thriving allotments and mature trees of Royal Victoria Park. There are 2 generous leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV with DVD and a selection of films, books and games for your amusement. The dining table seats 4 and is placed by a beautiful marble fireplace with an eye-catching mirror. A fully fitted galley-style kitchen has a large fridge and separate freezer, an electric oven, gas hob, small dishwasher and combined washing machine and dryer.

Marlborough buildings, where the property is located, is a handsome Georgian terrace beside the Royal Crescent. The city centre high street is easily reached via a lovely 5 minute stroll through Royal Victoria Park. You are surrounded by historic architecture and a great array of museums, galleries, bars, restaurants and shops.

At the top of Marlborough Buildings is Marlborough Tavern, a gastro pub and the Approach Golf Course where you can play a compact 18 hole course whilst enjoying marvellous views of Bath and the surrounding countryside. Around the corner at St. James Square there are good local amenities; a newsagents, chemists, coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store and florist.



There is a permit provided with this property allowing you to park one car on the street out front or on neighbouring streets. Alternatively the bus and train stations are a 10-15 minute walk away.
