Step in off the pavement, straight into a warm, cheerful and fully fitted kitchen/diner with a wood and steel galley stocked with items in the larder. There is a deep and comfortable floral themed window seat with an extending dining table to accommodate up to 4 people.

A narrow winding staircase takes you up to a cosy, cabin-style living room beautifully furnished in woodland inspired colours of moss, stone and plum, with seating for 3 and complete with up-to-date home entertainment system and a selection of games.

Continue up to a sumptuous sleeping den in fusia and moss green with a double size bed. There is plenty of cupboard storage and a contemporary en-suite shower-room.

It is an artists cottage, situated in the heart of Bath and to inspire your creativity, there are the architectural gems of the Royal Crescent and The Circus nearby, as well as the Assembly rooms, the Museums of Costume and East Asian Art. There are lovely galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs all within a minutes walk from the property. Several convenience shops are located around the corner and the bus and train station are within a 10-15 minute walk. Parking is not provided with this property but charlotte street car park is a 5 minute walk away. Alternatively unrestricted street parking is located within a minute`s walk on a first come first serve basis.
