It is available only for long weekend breaks from Thursdays to Mondays.

A bright minimalist lobby (with a cloakroom to one side) leads into grandly proportioned rooms, all with high ceilings, ornate cornices, white marble fireplaces and original working shutters. There is a comfy sofa with lavish coffee-table books to leaf through, along with a flat screen TV complete with over 80 channels. A long, rustic elm dining table (to seat 6) is set in an impressive bay with huge west-facing windows overlooking gardens, Bath city and the surrounding hills. A smart kitchen provides home comforts.

Handsome full-height folding doors lead you into a quiet and spacious bedroom with a king-sized leather upholstered bed, plenty of hanging space and a glimpse through lofty trees to Bath`s city centre. The contemporary bathroom is generous and tiled in glossy limestone with a sunken bath and shower combination. Two more people can be accommodated on the living room sofa-bed.

The apartment is positioned in the centre of Bath, with all historic sites, the Theatre Royal and Thermae Spa close by. It is also next to the entrance of the lovely Royal Victoria Park, with walks to the botanic gardens, hot-air balloon flights and idyllic views of the splendid Royal Crescent. Restaurants, pubs, shops and grocery stores are all equally close by.

Parking is not available with this property. However, Charlotte Street overnight car park is located next door for £8/24 hours or the park and ride bus stop is located close by. Unrestricted street parking, on a first come first serve basis, as well as the bus and train stations are 5-10 minute walk away.
