This grand Georgian family home, benefiting from a private entrance, has generous proportions, wonderful period detail, spacious bed-rooms, a well appointed kitchen and the added luxury of contemporary bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed and is handsomely furnished in dark wood. There is plenty of storage and a large contemporary en-suite with a generous walk-in shower only, installed in January 2008. Further up the hall, another large and pretty double bedroom uses floral motifs reflecting the garden views. The third single bedroom is smart and spacious and all bedrooms have splendid Georgian proportions. This upper landing also has another newly installed contemporary bathroom and further storage, hanging space and linen cupboards.

Marlborough buildings is an imposing Georgian terrace next to the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. There is wonderful architecture and green vistas all around this historic part of Bath. You can see the Approach Golf Course from the house and enjoy a game whilst taking in glorious Bath views. Around the corner at St. James Square there are good local amenities; a newsagents, coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store and chemist, and the city centre is a short stroll through the park.

A parking permit is provided allowing you to park one car on the road out front, or on neighbouring roads. Alternatively the bus and train stations are a 15-20 minute walk away.
