A very chic top-floor flat, newly renovated and furnished in style, reminiscent of a private gentleman`s club. It has great in-house entertainment, excellent kitchen facilities and is comfortable and smart through-out.

This compact flat is very well laid out and appears bright and spacious. The Living room has handsome leather seating and large Georgian windows overlooking a row of magnificent beech trees into Victoria Park. Marlborough Buildings is a grand stone terrace set alongside The famous Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. It is a short stroll past glorious Georgian architecture to Bath city centre with its myriad of shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. At the top of Marlborough Buildings is Marlborough Tavern, a gastro pub and the Approach Golf Course where you can play a compact 18 hole course whilst enjoying marvellous views of Bath and the surrounding countryside. Around the corner at St. James Square there are good local amenities; a newsagents, chemists, coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store and florist.

Parking is not available but with this property but Charlotte street car park is located around the corner (£8/24 hours) or there is unrestricted street parking only 5 minute walk away. The train and bus station are a 10-15 minute walk away.
