In this sleek and spacious Georgian ground floor apartment overlooking the svelte greens and mature trees of the Approach Golf course, you can enjoy Bath`s fine architecture within a lovely country setting, yet only a ten minute stroll down to the center. Using subtle shades of gold in the furnishings and with lots of warm wood and rich black slate and granite throughout, this flat is chic and comfortable.

There is a smart, and spacious fitted kitchen with a generous granite worktops and breakfast bar with two stools. You`ll find a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dish-washer. Another huge window is framed by a lovely Japanese Acer tree and looks over an idyllic courtyard garden. Here too is a small shower room with wc, corner hand basin and shower, all smartly tiled in black with contemporary fittings.

Towards the back of the apartment are two peaceful bedrooms luxuriously furnished in pale gold damask and with plenty of elegant fitted wardrobes. There is a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and a handsome en-suite. This is equipped with bath (and shower attachments) large hand basin and wc and luxury bath products. A door from this room leads out and up to two small leafy terraces, surrounded by pretty courtyard gardens and tall Georgian terraces; it`s just the spot for morning coffee. The second bedroom is a mini version of the first but with a double bed.

From here it`s a lovely stroll down to Marlborough buildings and into Royal Victoria Park. You can admire the majestic sweep of the Royal Crescent and The Circus, and continue into Bath City Centre to take in some of the many museums, art galleries, shops, bars and restaurants. Alternatively, you can enjoy the Approach Golf Course on your doorstep where you can play a compact 18 hole course whilst enjoying marvellous views of Bath and the surrounding countryside. Hot-air balloons take off from the top of the Park which is fun to watch, and wonderful to experience. Around the corner at St. James Square there is a newsagents, chemists, internet coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store and florist. Nearby are a couple of gastro pubs; Marlborough Tavern or Chequers on Rivers Street. A parking permit is provided should it be needed or the bus and train stations are a 20-25 minute walk away.
