You are right in the centre and can see Bath Abbey and other historic buildings laid out before you on one side and the famous Assembly rooms and museums on the other, yet this re-furbished one-bed roomed flat is cosy and quiet.

The property itself is located above Woods restaurant which has been one of Bath`s favourite family run restaurants for the last 27 years. Nearby on one side is Milsom street, with great shopping and the other direction is the beautiful Royal Crescent and Royal Victoria Park. You can enjoy both indoor and outdoor pursuits with tennis, mini golf, an 18 hole Approach golf course, or a show at the Theatre Royal, The Little Cinema or just relax at the Thermae Spa.

Parking is not available with this property. However, Charlotte Street car park is located 10 minutes walk away for £8/24 hours or the park and ride bus stops at the end of the street. There is also unrestricted street parking near by. The Bath Spa Railway and bus station are also a 10 minute walk.
