Spacious flat in a very central Bath location. The real bonus is a parking space this close to the centre of the city. The furnishings and facilities were all top notch and we had a very enjoyable stay. There was only one issue, which is that the flat below is currently being renovated so the noise on arrival was terrible! I went and spoke to the guy and he kindly agreed to finish in half an hour and not to do anymore work over the weekend. Apart from that it is a quiet location for the city centre. Overall we had a great stay.

The booking process was easy. The information provided in relation to the apartment and also Bath in general was the best I've ever received for any booking. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Situated off the Main Street so it was very quiet, no problem with parking even with a very large car and it's an easy few minutes stroll in the town centre. Trying to find an apartment that was a good standard , in the centre of Bath and had a parking space wasn't easy....until we found this one.!! Beautiful furnishings , kitchen well equipped, comfy beds, easy walking distance to the centre of Bath. Nice meet and greet service when we arrived. Everything was explained to you. Can I also say that the directions given to get to the apartment were absolutely spot on. Forget the sat nav !! Lol Lovely views from the sitting / dining room window too. Added bonus with Waitrose being a very short walk from the apartment. We had a lovely take away meal from the Thai restaurant a few minutes away. With Bath being 1hr and 30 mins away by train from London we spend a day there. Railway station a walk of about 15 to 20 mins from the apartment. We could have had better weather when we visited Bath but hopefully when we return in the future we will get better weather and will certainly book Old Orchard again. The one thing I will mention was although the parking area is marked private and has a chain over the entrance lots of people use this as a casual car park. I would watch them park.... Walk up the lane and return later with shopping etc. Although we never had any problem parking when we came back from a day out there could an issue at some time. Would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends

We had a fabulous time in this charming and comfortable flat in bath. We were very impressed by Alex and her staff. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. We arrived later than we had planned and we in the dark managed to get a little lost. Lanie stayed on the phone with me until we got ourselves headed in the right direction. She even went outside (on a cold January night) in order to make sure we found our way. The flat itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms were very nice as was the sitting room. We appreciated the supplies (milk, cereal, chocolate and wine). We also found Alex's list of recommended list of restaurants very helpful and detailed. This was our first trip to Bath but it won't be our last. Overall, a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay!

The Old Orchard is located within an easy walk of the centre of Bath with parking, which is a great advantage.
The accommodation was excellent, spacious and well kept. The welcome pack on arrival was a bonus as we had forgotten about it!
Booking was easy from start to finish and we were met on arrival by a lovely young lady called Sara who had kept in touch with us on our journey down so that she could be there when we arrived.

Apartment was clean on arrival. Apartment was quiet as it was away from the street. Water pressure was good. Wifi was excellent. Apartment was very professionally organized. Manuals for appliances was supplied so we had no trouble using any of them. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Waitrose was a 5 minute walk. Most of the Bath attractions was no more than a 10 minute walk. There was a binder with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Clear checkout procedure was provided. Robert, our greeter met us with some goodies of milk, cereal, cookies, chocolates, and wine. Alexa was prompt with communication and apologized ahead of time when she found out there was going to be construction next door during our stay. Luckily it wasn't a problem since we were out most of the day.

The location could not be faulted, only a short walk to the centre of Bath and all its attractions but away from the throngs of people. Being from the US, I was a little nervous getting in and out of the narrow lane that led into the parking lot, but after a day, it was no problem. Water pressure was good. We had a wonderful time in Bath. the apartment is really comfortable and we didn´t miss anything. it is really well equipped, especially the kitchen. Since I do have back problems I was really happy to find the beds very comfy, so I slept really well!
And thanks a lot for all the goodies that were waiting for us on our arrival. My son went into the kitchen before me and he came out saying with a grin that to his mind shopping was not necessary any more. We really enjoyed all these goodies.

We enjoyed our stay at Old Orchard. It was a most convenient location in a quiet courtyard, only a short walk to the centre and with off road parking. The accommodation was let down a little bit by the bathroom which could do with a redesign and better ventilation (opening skylight?) and a towel rail that heats up as we found the towels didn't dry. But the rest of the apartment was excellent and all very well equipped. Bath is a delightful town and I hope to visit again and would definitely use your efficient agency.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Old Orchard, it was the perfect central Bath location being just a few minutes walk to the the centre of the city, yet hidden away down a small track so peaceful and quiet. The presentation of the apartment was very nice, and the split level layout perfect for us and our two young children. It was a great cosy winter hideaway for us! The ladies at Bath Holiday rentals were extremely helpful throughout from the booking process to handing over the keys, we were very impressed.

The apartment was perfectly positioned for the pitch & putt in Victoria Park - we can recommend the Italian bistro Rustica!

We've just returned from a week at this fantastic two-storey apartment off Walcot Street, Bath. Nicely furnished and well-equipped with quality appliances, we would certainly recommend it as a base for exploring the city. It has its own private parking space, although a car is certainly not necessary. It's just a five-minute walk to Pulteney Bridge, the Abbey and Roman Baths and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars even closer. The booking system was efficient, and we were welcomed by Olivia, who showed us everything we needed. Alexa at Bath Holiday Rentals was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will return to Bath, and will certainly look to book this apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay in Old Orchard very much. It's a great location, very quiet but so central - especially for the Fine Cheese Company and Waitrose! We are frequent visitors to Bath as Simon's son lives there and I have very old friends in Camden Road but we prefer to stay independently so our comments don't really relate to a tourist visit. It was clean, well equipped, beds comfortable and internet and free phone usage was useful. No complaints at all.

I would like to say that it is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Old orchard. over the last two Christmas’s. It was a wonderful haven of quietness and just total relaxation. Very luxurious kitchen and bedrooms.
Very close to walk to all attractions in Bath we didn’t need to use our car at all

Old Orchard is a brilliant 2 bed apartment right in the centre of Bath, yet in a quiet location just off the main road with parking. We were greeted by Olivia who showed my family around the apartment, quite spacious for a family of four and a lovely welcome pack.
Old Orchard is only a 5 min walk to Waitrose which was handy for our fresh croissants in a morning, and only another a couple of minutes into the centre of Bath which was great as we didn’t have to move the car for a couple days whilst exploring the City Centre. The Bus Tour was brilliant and we also took a trip on the River Boat up to Bathampton which was lovely.
The kitchen was well kitted out and the added touch of toiletries was a real bonus.
Would definitely recommend.

The weather during our stay in Bath was very good, so we could discover
the city by feet. The city tour and the skyline tour with the bus showed us

Our family of 4 adults stayed in Old Orchard for 2 nights this past June. My only regret was not staying longer. Alexa was just wonderful with answering all our questions at check-in. The location was perfect for walking to Bath Spa/Abby or to the canal. The apartment was plenty large enough with nice views and great extras such as granola, milk, coffee, and wine. I would definitely stay here again and definitely use Bath Holiday Rentals again. It had a spot for a car, but we ended up choosing to take a bus tour to the Cotswold region with Mad Max tours instead. It was a full day of seeing the Roman Baths in the morning, taking the 3/4 day tour, and then hitting Bath Spa afterwards, ending up with a late dinner. Sigh! Perfect.
Highly recommend doing the canal bike ride and the canal. longest pedestrian tunnel in the world. Epic!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped and provided a most relaxing base.
It's well located for walking into bath and having our own parking space was most useful.
The Christmas market and Thermae Spa were highlights of our visit and we recommend a visit to the Aqua restaurant right on the doorstep.

We enjoyed staying in the flat on the first and second floor - so nice as we could open all the windows in the hot weather. The flat was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. A big plus - it was very quiet, despite being so close to the centre of Bath, and it also had a parking space. Walcott Street was good for local shopping. Looking forward to coming and staying again.

Flat 2, Old Orchard is perfectly situated for exploring Bath, within five minutes walk to the city centre and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Whilst so close to the centre of Bath the location is surprisingly peaceful; I don’t think you will find a better situated place to stay!
The apartment is tastefully decorated to an exceptionally high standard and very well equipped – there is nothing I can think of that was missing – a real home from home.
The team at Bath Holiday Rentals is friendly and efficient and were so understanding when our flight was delayed due to fog in Guernsey and we had no idea when (or if) we might arrive.
All in all we had a fantastic week in the beautiful city of Bath and the super accommodation played no small part in making it such a special break for us. Thank you.

Thank you for your prompt return of my refund for Old Orchard Cottage. The property was everything we could have wished for, quiet, comfortable and convenient for Bath itself.
The bedrooms were extremely cosy and comfortable with the beds made for a good night's sleep - in fact they were so comfortable I found myself sleeping longer than I would have normally have done.
Robert, who met us at the property could not have been more helpful and we are extremely grateful to him for his patience in answering our myriad of questions, some of which resulted from our ignorance in not knowing how to light a gas cooker - plugging in the cooker to light the hob would have been a start!
There was absolutely everything we needed in the flat and the welcome pack which included mulled wine and chocolates was much appreciated.
We plan on returning to Bath during the summer and will certainly be looking again at one of your properties.

Just a wee line to let you know how much Patricia and I are impressed with the property, has lived up to my expectations, excellent does not do it justice. Patricia is very impressed with the decor. The bed was very comfortable much like our own at home so spent a great and peaceful first night.
