Beautiful apartment in the perfect location to explore the city of Bath from. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Check-in was hassle-free and thoughtful little extras, like wine and milk in the fridge on arrival, made our stay very comfortable. Local attractions are walkable, but the City Bus Tour also stopped literally outside the apartment building, so it was nice and easy to get around and site-see with our 4 year old. We would definitely recommend the place to families looking for a centralised location.

Ideal locations for discovering Bath and historic Street it’s even on the Bath bus tour. Due to COVID 19 couldn’t take advantage of the East Asian museum opposite of the flat or the fashion museum next door such a shame. Everything is walkable from the flat great for first time visitors

A beautiful place to stay, roomy, well situated and well appointed. Full of thoughtful touches to make our stay more comfortable, including a blissful soaking tub and no shortage of hot water. Walking distance to the bus and train stations. The only drawback is the stairs - if you have decreased mobility, there are 48 steps to go up between the front door and your flat, which can be daunting at the end of a long day. On the whole, an excellent rental, highly recommended

The apartment is excellent with a nice lounge and lovely views over the circus.
The beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculate and clean with a nice welcoming bottle of wine.
The shower was a touch under powered but that really is only a minor point in an
otherwise lovely stay in a great, centrally located apartment.

We were a family of 3 and thoroughly enjoyed the Circus House apartment. It was a great size with lots of room for us to move around in. Discovering the Circus and surrounding areas of Bath was a great way to spend our first 3 days in England.
There were some lovely supplies to get us started on our holiday in the kitchen and Sarah was there to greet us when we arrived.
If you are arriving by train and have some luggage we would recommend taking a cab to the apartment as it is up hill and then it's up a couple flights of stairs to the apartment. The view from the windows is spectacular if you enjoy looking at the Georgian architecture!
We would definitely come back to the Circus House if staying in Bath again.
If you are looking for a good tour company in Bath we HIGHLY recommend Max Max Tours. We did 2 days of tours that included Stonehenge, Lacock, Castle Combe, Glastonbury, Avebury, Wells and Cheddar Gorge. The drivers were also our tour guides and they provided lots of historical references along the way and dropped off in the centre of town and picked us up there too.
All in all we had a great time at Circus House!

Was greeted by a very friendly host who made us feel welcomed. The flat is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well-equipped. One negative is it does take a long time to get hot water in the bathroom. They have a note in the bathroom about this but it really would be nice if they could get the hot water situation improved. Oh, and they give you a parking permit so you can park nearby...for free! Were worried that it would be noisy being on The Circus. It was not noisy, we slept beautifully. Was super fun seeing the "tourists" walking around The Circus while we were "locals" staying right there in this historic area.

We were very excited to be staying on the Circus during our trip to Bath. And the Circus House Apartment was great. We loved everything from the colors of the walls, to the views of the Circus from the front and the Assembly rooms from the rear. We were able to cook meals in the small kitchen and comfortably seat 4 adults at the table in the elegant main room. The bathroom was modern and well-equiped. I particularly liked gazing over the Circus, perched on a bar stool with a cup of tea on the wide window sill. The flat had everything we could wish for, including a stop for the hop-on-hop-off tour bus right outside the door.
We had a great experience with Bath Holiday Rentals. I would recommend them to friends. Communication went very smoothly. The apartment was spotless. Sara met us at the flat and made sure we had everything we needed -- she even came back to bring us a mat for the bath tub. She recommended an excellent gastro pub nearby for our first meal.

Circus House Apartment: this is an absolutely superb apartment in a superb historic area of Bath.
It is a beautiful apartment within a gorgeous Georgian house. It has been equipped to a high standard with everything needed for a comfortable break. The rooms are well laid out with plenty of comfortable furniture, the rooms are very light and airy with wonderful views of the Circus from the main room.
Being able to order food in from Cavendish Cooks is really helpful. The food is lovely.
The location is so close to the Royal Crescent and the town itself. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance and being able to park close by was a godsend.
It has been a pleasure to have contact with the staff at Bath holiday rentals, i would certainly use this company again.

Our party of 3 very much enjoyed our recent stay in Bath. The apartment was well appointed with upscale items, sheets, towels and the location couldn't have been better. It was ideal to have a parking pass provided as it allowed us some flexibility to explore the surrounding villages. We were touched that there were basics such as coffee, tea, wine and fresh milk and biscuits and candy upon our arrival. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the shower was fantastic.

The flat is as pictured and the location was incredible. It was clean and well maintained. There was a binder with lots of good information about the area and the flat. The beds were comfortable. We were provided a little goody basket with food to tide us over until we found a grocery. The greeter worked with us to find a convenient time to meet and show us around. The whole city is just beautiful. We did not have a car and didn't feel like we needed one. It added to the whole experience just being in this wonderful landmark. We ate at many restaurants on our trip and all were in walking distance (The Boston Tea Party, Chandos Deli, Salathai, Jamuna, Sally Lunn, Scoffs). We did the Abbey Tour, a tour of the Roman Baths, and did a 2 hour walking tour of the area. We also met the Lion Tour company for a tour of Lacock Village and Stonehenge. My family and I would highly recommend this flat

This is a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a brilliant location. It is spacious, very well furnished and well priced. The company we booked through Bath Holiday rentals - Alexia, were excellent and responsive. Initially the heating was a little low but this was promptly rectified by a plumber who adjusted the boiler and from then on it was perfect. We are frequent travellers and I can not recommend this accommodation more highly.

Parking was a big problem, as we spent a lot of time driving around looking for a space. But the apartment was nice and superbly located for walking around Bath. I can definitely recommend working with Bath Holiday Rentals.

Oh, how our family enjoyed our two stays at Circus House last month (And it was January...in England, no less!). Not knowing quite what to expect, we were at once charmed by the beautiful textures, soothed by the harmonious tones and tasteful period details, and enthralled by the views. Sipping our morning coffee in the dining room overlooking the glorious tree-lined Circus is one of life's great pleasures, to be sure. When time allowed us to prolong the pleasure, we would simply "retire" to the lovely French style velvet sofas in the adjoining living room, coffee (and coco) in hand, where most of a morning could be happily spent playing chess, reading, relaxing.
Not that the other rooms in the apartment are to be avoided or overlooked in any way: as someone who loves to cook, even on vacation, I was most impressed by the small but smartly renovated and thoughtfully equipped kitchen (again, with lovely views and plenty of light). The master bedroom is very generous in size with a great big dare I say "California king-sized" bed? (we are from San Francisco, California!) Could swear that's what it was, with a great big enveloping sumptuous duvet to match. Children's bedroom small but lovely and cozy down the hallway, at the end of which sits the lovely designer-quality bathroom with luxurious fixtures, yet another mini oasis in which to "bathe" away the worries of the world. The ability to walk to just about anything Bath has to offer in a matter of minutes is of course a huge bonus - the Circus is a fantastic orientation, especially when just getting acquainted with the city. The Royal Crescent and Victoria Park can be reached in a matter of minutes, as can many fine restaurants, shops and other sites of interest. Stay here you cannot go wrong!!!

Belatedly (due to moving again and settling in and back and forth to London...) to say that we loved the apartment. It was very exciting to be the first guests. Everything was extremely comfortable and lovely. The only comments would refer to the kitchen and the choice of timber surround in the sink area. This is very hard to protect. We were rigorous about wiping it and drying it but it was inevitable that it would get stained in time.
We would and will heartily recommend the apartment and your company. We truly appreciated your helpful, upbeat attitude during what was a very trying time for us.
